Adobe experiences contact info

Hello,

I've received an email to register for an event with a deadline of today. However, the button to click on does not work and the email provided, bounces back to me. thebalancingact@adobeevents.com. 

I have tried contacting my Workfront and no resposnse.

Can anyone help me please?
