Add 'Priority' as a Header Field Option in Layout Templates

When modifying a layout template's header fields, we noticed 'Priority' isn't an option under Tasks or Issues. Reference Number and Status are, which are basic information, so it would also be helpful to have 'Priority' available in the header instead of having to click into task/issue details.
