Add Playback Speed Options on the Play Bar in the Media Player for Online Video Tutorial Content

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - I have a ton of video content to watch back as part of my day-to-day job. I need to get through any extra tutorial content for things like Workfront as fast as possible. 

How would you like the feature to work - add speed options to the video play bar: 1.25x, 1.5x, and, 1.75x or even 2x options would be good. 

Current Behaviour - tutorial video playback speed is currently only at normal speed.

    @mkadi I totally with you, I have to watch tutorials for my role as well and always bump up the speed for them. It is a standard feature on every other learning platform adobe should be apart of the standard of implementing playback speeds in the video.
