Add billing rates to kickstart file

As a company we work with many different clients, specific billing rates have been negotiated with each client. What we would like to be able to do is to associate billing rates with each client when the client is imported into Workfront using the company kick-start.

At the moment the solution is to kick-start clients (as companies) and then manually update the billing records for each company. It would be far more efficient if we were able to import companies and billing rates at the same time.
