Add assignments when creating New Story

Related: We've also had users ask to streamline the process so that you can default a new story to being assigned to the current user so they don't have to do the extra set of clicks and typing.

I don't know how I feel about the current user being auto-assigned as anyone can add to our backlog so that person might not be the person doing the task.

However, I love the idea of assigning something to a specific team member when creating a new story if you know they are going to work on it.

Anthony, that's something I've heard from people too - that one member of the team will be the clearinghouse for incoming items (particularly bugs) so having them being a default assignee would make sense too.

Similarly, we would like the assignment default to add the home team. Our users can add stories for their own work, sometimes they forget to add their home team. This causes the manager/team owner to have to search for the story to make sure it gets in the backlog by adding the home team and then move it from the backlog to the iteration.
