Ability to Reorder Pins in More (3 dots) area

Our users would like to be able to bring a pin that is not showing in the header, back on the header. Currently, per Workfront documentation, the pins that end up in the More (3 dots) area are not able to be reordered. Currently, users need to remove pins that are on the header to automatically bring in the More area pins. The documentation below goes over the current functionality in details.
