Ability to Remove Time on Project Dates

Hi, In Project Details we would like the ability to remove the time on Project dates. We always use Planned Completion Date and the time function is never useful, we only go by dates. Every time I create a project I have to update that and it is a hassle to update. I end up putting 10:00 PM so it allows our last task step to actually be on the due date. Thanks for considering!
