Ability to log hours in-line against a task or Ability to mass-edit Logged Hours

Ability for users to log time outside of using hours or timesheet. For example, Create a view with the the column for logged hours so the workers can go through and log time while in the project overview. Or have the ability to select multiple tasks and log the same amount of hours to each one (if they are assigned to many tasks, and they all take .25 to complete, they can log the time at once)

    I asked for this at time of implementation 2 years ago and it was supposed to be in a future release.

    This would be a huge time savings! My team would benefit from this tremendously!

    I spoke with a Workfront consultant today and asked about this. He said it isn't currently possible and likely won't be in the future. Really even a quick summary (like we have in tasks in the NWE) would be fantastic to pull into project views.


    Can we get anymore traction on this?

    Would love for logging time against tasks and issues to be easier for the end user (maybe a Home widget or way to see parent tasks on the timesheet).  We would have better adoption for sure.
