Ability to include out-of-box fields in Custom Form Logic

It would be nice if custom form field logic was available that you could use to set fields as visible or required (whatever the preference) based on out-of box fields like Project, Task, or Issue Status. We some fields that we would like to be required fields, but only when the Project Status is updated to In-Flight, etc.

    I posted a similar request which asks for the ability to reference (from a custom field) any list that is in the tool. For example, the custom field could be 'Business Manager' and we would then reference any user active in the system.
