For deeplinking - ability to link directly to a team's Working on Tab so you don't have to navigate to it every time from the people tab by selecting the team and then selecting Working on. I have Director's who just want to jump to their team from an external email or word document.

Really, the ability to direct link to any area of the People section would be helpful - a specific team, a specific tab within that team.

This one is possible now. The URL is: https://<yourinstance>.my.workfront.com/people?activeTab=content-team-workingOn&tabTeamID=<teamID>;

You'll need to fetch the team ID from a report.
