Ability to Filter out Deactivated Users in Timesheets Area

Currently, timesheets are still being generated for users that have been deactivated, which means that they're appearing in the All Timesheets area. Ideally, timesheets wouldn't get generated for deactivated users, but if that's not possible, if we could create a filter to limit the timesheets we're seeing to only Active users.
