Ability to either copy a request or copying a project

We have some projects that repeat on a regular basis with slight updates made to the original request - how do we go about in having the requestor copy the original request, change the content that needs to change and resubmit for our Ops team to convert into a project?

    Hi Doris, I've added a record to this report on "Copying Requests for Repetitive Work" since it's something that comes up in the discussion boards periodically. I think you'll find what you need, or at least enough to spur some more questions. --Narayan
