Ability to edit approver

To my understanding, currently if a TM leaves your company or changes roles a project manager doesn't have a way to go in and change the approver on a route. They can go and run an object report and from there grab everything assigned by that user and then go and reassign to a new user at that point but that's a number of extra steps when you're in an individual project and just want to make a quick change. We'd like to have this option from the project itself.
