Ability to Add "My Updates" Tab for All Users

All of our users, including those with non-collaborator licenses, love the 'My Updates' tab. It's much easier to read than the very small drop-down accessed from the right hand side (blue number button), and also shows threaded conversations between users.

We would love the ability to add this as a tab in the top navigation bar for any/all users who would like to see it.
