Adobe Workfront

Hello Team, I'm searching ASSGN object and trying to get the workperdate, AssignedTo ID values, post that I'm storing the data in datastore. So the workperdate is an array having collection(attached the screenshot).  But Now if i try to create a CSV file for the same this workperdate is fields is null/empty. How i can simply the array collection so that it will easier to put in CSV. I have attached the scenario ss as well.

Hosted in partnership with Brain Haight of Adobe Professional Services, this session covered 3 main CSV import/export scenarios: importing tasks from CSV files, creating custom form field values for dropdowns, and exporting project data to CSV files. The first scenario showed how to import 20 tasks from a CSV file into a Workfront project, including mapping task names, project IDs, and job role assignments. This is the working file for Example #1: Task CSV. Does anyone have a Workfront project template that they use for Fusion development projects - i.e., project initiation & stakeholders, requirements/discovery, development, UAT testing, sign-off, push to Production, etc.? I can build one, but was hoping for a blueprint or template to get me started.

Hi, I've created a FUSION scenario that listens for Notes being added, and if they are done by certain user groups, and the task/project is in a certain status - it updates that status to be 'Updated by Stakeholder' I'm nearly there but have struggled to clearly identify what object the note is attcahed to - project, task, document attached at project level, document attached at task level. The 'noteObjCode' seems to be right for when the note is attached to a document or task. But when i add a note to a Project - the' noteObjCode' isn't getting set to 'PROJ' I'm having to check - if the documentID and TaskID  for the Note are NULL - then I'm assuming it's attached to a Project. Can anyone offer any other help ?

Hi, I am hoping someone has this working, and I think I am close. We have a typeahead field tied to the user object. When we type in the field, it will reference an existing name within Workfront. The field is used on a task.  We are trying to use the typeahead field in a report filter to get data about tasks where the field is populated with the name, but filter off the home team of the name within the typeahead field.  We have tried:fieldname:ID:homeTeamID=value of the idfieldname:ID:homeTeamID_Mod=in We have triedfieldname:homeTeamID=value of the idfieldname:homeTeamID_Mod=in None of those worked. Bonus points would be instead of the ID to use $$USER.homeTeamID

Hi Folks, Im wondering what reporting people have for monitoring the "health" of their request queues? Things like - time from request submitted to opened (change status from new i guess?)?time from opened to closed/resolved?time from opened to converted to project?Assignment of OPEN/active requestsassignment of resolved/closed requests. Any other breakdowns or KPIs that youve found helpful or interesting to look at! Thanks community! 

Hi- I am trying to create a report that shows how much each job role is utilized. I would like this report to display the planned hours each job role in our system has by month. I tried an hours and assignments report and am getting zeros. When we set up a project, we use a template that contains job roles and then assign the roles to users. Is this what is impacting the reports and causing zeros? Thank you!

Hey there. I'm trying to run a report of completed tasks by Portfolio. I'm getting a large number of tasks that are showing up as 'no value' for the portfolio, though the Projects they're affiliated with are in fact assigned to a Portfolio.  There may be instances of when a task was marked complete that the Portfolio hadn't been added yet.... could that be why the Tasks themselves are showing as having no Portfolio value?

I am looking at the New Home to move our users over but have a concern that Proof Approvals do not show the deadline for the proof stage. Our users heavily rely on being able to see the deadline as some teams can have 20+ new proofs daily to review and use this space like a checklist to run through all their proofs based on the deadline timestamp. Is anyone able to provide how they are working through this if your users used to rely on the deadline being visible on Home? Does anyone know if this is on the roadmap to be added?  Legacy Home: Deadline Provided New Home: No deadline

Hi, I want to generate an on going report for a specific user that tracks all their actions against multiple projects. How do I do that?

In Workfront Planning- Can we attach a File, either during the Intake Form or later in the Comments area? If not, do we know when this capability is coming or if there are any workarounds? Thanks!

I see where you can configure the fields within the cards but we add a field to specify a type of request and when receiving a bunch it makes it difficult to organize them. If we could see they type on the main card vs. opening each one, it would be a huge help.
