Hi,I'm trying to set up a calculated field from the Tracking Turnaround Time blog. When I paste the formula in the calculation box, I get an error of "This is an invalid custom expression, please try again" with "480" and "2" identified as the errors. Is there an updated formula or page I can reference?ROUND((DIV(WORKMINUTESDIFF(Actual Completion Date, Actual Start Date),480),2) Thank you!

Hello I'm trying to run a report that has the program and then the projects listed with the start and end date in each milestone phase.  For a visual cue:  Is this report even possible or is it possible to create one like it? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Community! Hope you can help me. I am looking to lock specific fields based on the status of a (sub-)task. These concern fields on project and/or (sub-task) level. But I cannot find anything about this in the documentation, other than creating a scenario in Fusion to undo changes I values are changed, which is not acceptable for our setup. Is there anyway to lock the values of fields based on (sub-)task status? Instead of locking, potentially using the 'Display or Skip' logic rules can be used based on (sub-)task status? Open to those kind of opportunities as well, of course. And if not, should I add this as an idea? And would you be willing to vote for that?

I know that this is a topic that has been discussed a few times but I have yet to find a solution that really works. My goal is to create a report that only shows tasks where the actual completion date is at least 1  day after the planned completion date. The issue I am running into at the moment is that since Workfront utilizes the time of day, instead of just the day, the report is showing tasks that have the same planned and completed dates.  Is there a way to update the below text codes (or a different one) to exclude the time of day or add to it? We have an in-house Creative and Marketing team and we are having issues with Marketing looking at a proof when it isn't ready for their review yet. How have others navigated this and what solutions do you have? We still want Marketing to have access to the request and the project, however, we want to remove visibility of the document proof until it is ready for their review/approval. As a work around, we are turning off inherited permissions on the document itself but this is proving to be extremely manual and it is restricting access to others in the Creative/PM team that should still have access. Thank you!

Hi! Is there a way to make custom forms appear in a certain order by default? We have 2 forms, Project Request and Reporting Data, that get attached to a project after it is converted from a request.Separately, we have a form, Asset Intake, within a template.Once a request is converted and the template is applied, the form within the template keeps appearing first. We would like for it to appear in 2nd or 3rd place. Right now, the form order appears automatically as:Asset IntakeProject RequestReporting Data Ideal order:Project RequestAsset Intake Reporting Data Would appreciate any insight - thank you.

Hi, I am trying to update a form field via Fusion automation in the following way: We have e.g. 4 time slots, that submitters can select from and after one slot has been selected I would like to remove this option for other submitters in order to prevent duplicate slot "bookings". Example:The field is calledSELECT A TIME:7:008:009:0010:00Mr. Smith selects time 7:00 and submits a request.When Mrs. Smart opens the request form after Mr. Smith's submission, the field SELECT A TIME shows the following available slots:8:009:0010:00 I heard it is possible via an API call to hide a field choice, since the RECORD TYPE FORM or FIELD does not exist in the dropdown. Has anybody experience with a similar update of a form after a form submission (to hide a field)?

Hi, I am trying to set up an automation that auto-locks a proof as soon as the set deadline is met to enforce users to not enter feedback after the deadline is up.The challenge is that I cannot do it via a regular workflow since the approvers are so different every time and a Fusion API call cannot be used for the entire instance since this should really be set up for only proofs created by our team and not other teams who are using the instance. Any workarounds or recommendations?

I am looking for tips and best practices on how Project Owners can update predecessors on their Projects without using fusion. We only have one resource with fusion experience so that would be a longer term solve for us.  Our users can have projects between 400-1000 tasks that are often updated and tweaked to add more templates etc. I haven't found a way you can bulk update predecessors, but I've offered users a way to bulk update statuses, priorities and approval paths. I'm also using approval paths whenever possible to avoid the need to add more tasks for re-work.  It's becoming very labor intensive for these project owners so any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

Is it possible to create a display logic rule if any option is chosen in a checkbox group field before it? For instance, I have a locale selector checkbox group containing 60 options and don't want to have to create a display rule for each option. I just want any checkbox selection to cause the field that follows it to display it. I don't see any other option to conditionally show or hide that field.

Hi All,I'm in need of a calculated custom field on the Task object that indicates (y/n) if the Name of the Task matches the Name of any (active) Job Role that exists in the system, but I'm not sure how to do this (or if it's doable at all). - For clarity: I not only need to look at the Job Roles assigned to the Task, but at all Roles that exist.I appreciate if anyone can help with any ideas.Thank you,Tibor

Hi, I've got an image URL Corp-Prim-CREATIVESTUDIO-RGB-PH-lr-workfront (526×151) But when I put it in the html field when adding a Note  the email just shows the html   The html does work in an html editor when I preview it so I'm not sure why it's not working in the html field in FUSION. Can anyone help ? Thanks

Previously we could select a "parent task" from a report and go to the ellipsis and delete the "parent task", "sub task", and any related "requests" suddenly we can no longer do that. Did something change and I missed it? A user pointed this out to me and I checked from my perspective and also could not do it - but in my Preview area I can still do that process. Screen shots attached from both preview and live.  Any insight would be appreciated. TIA Dawnmarie

I am customizing a workload balancer for a resource manager.  One feature they want to use is the summary panel to make quick updates.  When I added the balancer as an external page to their dashboard, the summary panel was no longer visible and updates could not be made directly from the page.  Is there a setting I'm missing to resolve this issue?

Hi All, I've been running into a wall trying to get a fusion scenario to trigger that is aimed at task approval processes.  Is suppose to trigger when the decision to an approval is made, but I can't even get the trigger to fire.  Any ideas on how to get by this first hurdle?

We have a custom form that feeds a report for our stakeholders to know the status of the project. The % complete is not a clear indicator of the phase of our work/the project. Right now updating the status field in the form is manual and not tied to anything. We want to select specific tasks (mile makers) to be tied to the custom for to update the "status" field as they are completed. Is this possible? Alternatively, is there a way to add the "status" field as a column that can be viewed AND updated in the project view? So then, as we complete the mile marker tasks we can also update the status? I was able to add it as a column but am not able to edit while marking a task as complete. Thanks!

I am trying to use Baselines - but I am not seeing how I would show that a project has slipped a month from its start.  Does anyone have a process they are using to calculate slippage in a project or a series of projects?  Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide! Sue

Hello!We have a user management scenario where we create a federated user in the Adobe console and then search for that user that in Workfront to update their account to the right permissions/access. The issue we're facing is that there's quite a delay from when a user is created in console to when that user shows up in Workfront. We currently have the scenario using a bunch of sleep modules hoping that if the search yields no result on the first time we can catch it after the sleep but the delay can last longer than a few minutes; and we can't extend the sleep duration without worrying about the scenario timing out.If anyone has come across a similar issue I would love to learn how you go around it.
