Ability to Remove Unassigned Users from Workload Balancer in Workfront ProjectsNew

Description - It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to remove individuals from the Workload Balancer tab of a Workfront project once they are no longer assigned to any tasks. Why is this feature important to you -This creates unnecessary clutter and makes it harder to focus on the actual project team members who are actively contributing to the work. Having a way to automatically or manually remove unassigned users would streamline resource planning and ensure that only relevant team members are visible when reviewing project resourcing. How would you like the feature to work - View Description.  Current Behaviour - Currently, even after reassigning a user's tasks to another user or job role, their name still appears in the Workload Balancer.

Sending internal emails with email templates without MS365 integration

Our company wants to send custom emails to internal teams from Workfront. We have set up email templates, but we are not able to utilize a MS365 integration nor do we have a SMTP server that we can use. Any ideas how we can send emails from Workfront without MS365 integration or SMTP server?

Help: Custom Select and Text Fields Not Retaining Input in Assignment Report

I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this issue:I've created an assignment report and added two custom fields (attached): one is a Single Select dropdown, and the other is a Text field. However, both fields appear static-I'm unable to type in the Text field or select an option from the dropdown.These custom fields are also included in a custom form linked to each task. Having trouble using OAUTH2 configuration to establish Fusion connection

I am trying to use the new OAUTH 2 config in Workfront Setup to create an Application to use for the Fusion Connection Service Account (i.e. not tied to a user account).Using the key and secret, no problem. When I try to establish the connection I keep getting the following error, https://app.workfrontfusion.com/oauth/cb/workfront-workfront is not allowedMy guess. it is in the OAUTH setup on the Workfront side, but not sure.   Any ideas?

Did you find this Q4 update useful? Honestly, if we can't add custom columns, this feature doesn't really add much value, it just ends up confusing non-admin users. Columns toggle on/off was enough for native fields.and just curious, why is it called 'All Requests', wouldn't 'All Columns' make more sense? Am I missing something?

Setting a dropdown custom field via API by providing the POPT ID

Hi All,when I create / update a Workfront record via the WF API, I am expected to set the values of custom fields. I wonder what is the best practice method for populating drop-down custom fields.I know that I can populate the field by providing the "value" of the custom field option, for example:{ "DE:.Region": "Global" }But then, if the value of the parameter option should change in the future, my integration would fail.Is it possible somehow to populate the custom field by providing the ID of the desired Parameter option (instead its value) to the API?Thank you,Tibor

Unable to create a fusion to sharepoint connection

When attempting to create a workfront to sharepoint connection I am getting an error that refers to a reply address but it's unclear where this information should be setup.  I'm assuming it's in sharepoint but am unable to locate this setting. Connection - Client ID, Secret and Tenant ID entered and continue select Error ReceivedAny ideas where to start?

Issue Approval Report

I built an approval workflow for issues, but am struggling to report on it. I don't want an issue status report, just a record of pending/in review/approved/rejected approval status that is not the issue status. I'm testing out the canvas dashboards but can't figure it out. The process we've built does not include converting to a project and ideally we would not want to create custom group level statuses. I've considered building a custom form calculation to pull the approval status only, but not sure where to start with that either. We can do fusion but are under a time crunch so any ideas would be helpful!

Unified approvals - External Users - no proofing tool?!?!

HelloWe just switched to the new approvals and we have a ton of external users - am I seeing this right, that if they are Approvers, no proofing tool but they get the approval buttons.  If they are Reviewers then they get access to the proofing tool. Huh??? Why no proofing tool for approvers?!?!Help! I can't seem to find any documentation.

Fusion Webhook response

Hello, Sorry that this question is very basic, but I've been in and out of so many coding languages lately that I need to ask.Can I webhook repsonse return an array?I have a test scenario where I'm creating an array but when I send that array in a webhook response, it looks like it gets flattened into a data string separated by commas.Makes me think a webhook response doesn't respect data types? thanks,Kelly
