Adobe Workfront

We are in the final prep stages of migrating to the Admin Console - it has been a mean feat of research to ensure we are doing the right thing. Still not surey, but I have got to the point of let's do it and see what happens. However, we have some external users who are not in our company that have access to our Workfront environment - do I include those in the migration or will they remain using the original URL for access? We use SSO for our own users. I cannot seem to find anything to tell me about external users. Also - all SSO users who are assigned to a user group in Workfront, will those user groups (and those in them) remain in tact after migration? Thanks for reading 

Is there any performance issue going on with Adobe Workfront?We are not able to see any Charts on our Dashboards. Charts are looking good on the report, but the Chart tab is not visible on Dashboards.Is anyone else also facing the same?

Hi all, I am trying to integrate an HTML form with Adobe Workfront so that after submitting that form, a task or project can be created. But I am getting a CORS error. How can we handle this error? As per documentation, support has been ended for JSONP, and adding domains to the allowlist for CORS is supported only for customers who were using JSONP prior to August 1, 2018.Please help me to resolve this issue. Regards,Alksh

Does anyone have a way to get the date stamp when an issue/request changed to a specific status? This is for things that have happened in the past. We use Awaiting Feedback when a request doesn't have enough info, then the requestor changes to Resubmitted when they fix it. We want to know how many of our requests had to be resubmitted.

Hello, We recently encountered a 401 error in a Fusion scenario on January 9. Due to this error, a few scenarios were deactivated. However, after re-enabling them, they started working fine. Is there any outage or something it between or what could be the reason ? Thanks in advance!

I have a team of 20 people. They are broken down to 2 sub teams. I've created a task report for the entire team but want to create a custom prompt dropdown for the 2 sub teams. That way I can isolate one or the other on the report. I watched this video. When I enter conditions for the custom prompt, it's only displaying the first of the UserIDs, even when using "&" to separate them on one line. I've tried (obviously using the actual alphanumeric ID):assignedToID=##########&##########&##########andassignedToID=##########&assignedToID=##########&assignedToID=########## Both ways only display the first ID on the report. I can't filter down by Home Team or Home Group because we're all setup in the system under the same umbrella and can't change. So the task assigned to ID is the only way I can think of achieving this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Anyone know how to change what notifications you receive within Workfront on browser? Not email.  Currently, out of 11 notifications that can be shown on screen. 8 of them are "Task due date changed, assigned new task" only 3 of which are comments that are actually important. This quickly adds up as we get 50-100 notifications every few days and it is very easy to miss important comments or replies. 

On the Project page in Workfront, there is a link on the left to see Utilization that shows the planned hours vs actual etc. Is there any way to change the name of that link as it conflicts with another process in our agency? We would like them to still have this page to view but would prefer it to have a custom name.

Hello, for some reason when I try to access a project in Workfront using Firefox, the link always take me back to the workfront home page. I can see mentions to projects, but when I click on them to go to the project, it takes me back to home. No matter what I try, I can't access a project. When I use chrome it works just fine. This is something that has just started happening recently. I have always used Firefox up until this point. 

How do I create a module in a scenario that assigns a user to an issue at the task level, by pulling in that user based on a user typeahead field at the project level?

All,   We have around 350+ current projects launched from a new workflow this year.  We recently pulled data for one task in the workflow (1st copyedit) and discovered that the actual hours entered for completed tasks is significantly lower than the task's planned hours in the template.  We want to lower the planned hours for the remaining incomplete instances of this task.   I first built a task report but realized that planned hours was not an available field in the bulk edit menu.   It seems like it should be pretty straightforward to make the bulk update in Fusion, but I've had no luck.  I've tried running test scenarios in both a WF test drive and in our WF instance.  Using a WF Update Record module, I enter the Task ID as the ID and Task as the Record Type; I select Planned Hours under Fields to Map and then enter the new hour value.   In both the test drive and live instance, the scenarios run with no errors, but the planned hours are not

I'm a new Group Admin setting up and configuring Workfront for my department. Our Sys Admin made us aware of schedules that were built for each time zone. These time zone schedules have built in exclusions for holidays. I'm trying to determine the pros and cons of using these schedules and where they should be set. It's been recommended to have each project owner set the schedule of their time zone they reside in but what happens to tasks that are assigned to people outside of that time zone? Are there other options worth exploring in setup which don't involve someone manually selecting a schedule for each project they build? The majority of people reside in FL but we work with people in CA and across the United States. 

Has anyone successfully integrated with Fiery with Fusion into their Workfront instance? We are looking for a way to capture the total amount of print pages from Fiery back into the Workfront project. Curious if anyone has had any success. 

Hello everyone,i have a working scenario with a lot of modules and i need to add error handling to be able to notify via email with the error.I know how to do it, but it's a pain, i.e. I have to add the email module in each error handling flow for all modules.So, my question is if it is possible to add something at the global level of the scenario that is listening for any errors that happen and then send the email.Note: this scenario is called through an http call from another scenario, I have tried to see if the error is returned and can handle it in that call, but no, it is not returned and the calling scenario never "knows" about the error. Thanks in advance

Looking for guidance to create a reference lookup data view in Workfront. The data with multiple columns for the table needs to be sourced from an external system either via API or Batch Files and refreshed regularly. The data could exceed 10000 rows. The view needs to be summoned via a click when user is working on dropdown field. I started looking at custom form fields with external lookup to api. Not sure if using Fusion is the best option and if yes do i need to create a custom form and populate fields with fusion.

Does the Outlook integration take the time the user is booked in meetings out of their available work hours for the day? For example, if a user has a 2 hour meeting booked in their outlook calendar, will it only show them as having 6 hours of their 8 capacity available to assign work to?
