Adobe Workfront

Hey, I am fairly new at Workfront and API calls, so I appreciate your patience.I have an external lookup field that is pulling product or program data that is tied to a specific portfolio. My manager would like to add an 'other' option to the populated list from the external lookup.  I have looked around and I can't seem to find whether this is possible or not. Has anyone had experience with this before? Thanks in advance!

Hi,Can any of you tell me what the name is of the column to use in an Issue Report, that displays a link to a converted Project?   I have tried the Project Resolve ID, Name, etc.  Nothing is giving me a link to the converted Project.

Trying to set the time of projects converted from issues using automation to 9:00am. We have an Update Record Module > Record Type Project > Planned Start Date Field. setHour(35.plannedStartDate;9)   This works and changes the hours but the minutes still use whatever minute it was when the project was created. We tried to add setHour(35.plannedStartDate;9),setMinute(35.plannedStartDate;0) but it fails.   Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

Hi, is there a limit to the number of fields you can select in the Workfront 'Read a Record' module within a Fusion flow? I've seen cases where selecting too many fields causes Fusion to throw an error, but I’d like to confirm if there’s an official limit. Thank you!

My team currently utilizes a fusion between Workfront and AEM Assets, but we’re exploring the possibility of connecting AEM Sites with Workfront. Our goal is to create a seamless workflow where page creation initiated in Workfront transitions smoothly into AEM Sites, allowing the process to continue within AEM’s workflow. Is there an existing integration or fusion between AEM Sites and Workfront to enable this functionality? If so, where can I find more information about it?

Anyone been able to figure out how to remove/delete/change commit dates using Fusion. WF has/had an annoying habit of setting the commit date to the planned CPL date when a user self-assigns themselves to a task and it's PITA to clean up.......

Hi! I feel like there must be an easy solution for this but I am coming up short so I'm hopeful someone here might have a suggestion for me. I am building new dashboards for a group of users from the individual, team lead and group lead perspective. I am trying to make it so that the filters don't have to be manually edited any time we have a change in reporting lines, by using the wildcard filters.  Here's my challenge. If I use the assignment users home team ID equals = $$USER.homeTeamID that is assuming that the user viewing the report has the same home team as their direct reports that I want them to see data for. That's not the case, they may have a different home team than their direct reports, because they report to someone else. How do I go about making it such that in this scenario, they can still see work for their direct reports without having to use the assigned to ID equals filter and having versions for each team lead? This is what I am trying to

I was able to generate a report that grouped projects by percent (see below). Would it be possible to create a Pie Chart (or bar graph) that reflects the below?  

Can we create a Request Form in Workfront that a user without a Workfront log-in can use? Meaning, any user with or without a Workfront log-in submit a request?

Hello, hopefully this is an easy question to solve.  I need to add a field on a custom form using the drop down option.  We want the user to be able to select more than one option, but I don't want the option to select "all" to appear.  It seems like the "select all" option is baked into the field.  Is there anyway to remove it?  Or does anyone have a suggested workaround?  Thank you. '

We have users who are unable to see the Risks tab on projects. After some experimentation it seems that the Risks tab is tied to view access on Financial Data (which the access level for these users doesn't have).Can this be right? If so, this makes no sense to me.We definitely don't want these users (engineers) to be able to view financials, but they need to have access to Risks. Is there a way around this?

My colleagues are having trouble and I can't figure out what is going wrong. When I convert to Project, I am always named the owner of the project. For some reason, when they convert them, they are NOT recorded as the owner, the person who loaded the Issues/Requests to Workfront is recorded as the owner and they need to manually change it each time. Is there something I am missing??

Hi Community, Is there any way to remove or hide the "Converted To" field in the My Requests Widget? I've looked through layout templates and it doesn't appear to be an option yet. ThanksMatt

We currently have a project setup that is more waterfall, but we need to have some project efforts follow the agile approach. Can a workstream and an interaction be created without changing a global workflow option in Workfront to use the Agile approach? Say at the project level? Alternatively, we'd like to be able to use a workstream+iteration even just as fields on our existing items to give some more clarity to the items in the project. If it's not evident already, I'm not a Workfront guru. I'm happy to provide additional context as needed.
