Hello community! I put this idea in the Workfront channel. I feel like this is a flaw in the system where we need to manually remove users from templates as resource managers when they are deactivated. We are a large org with a lot of templates and people! I am trying to fetch the Program associated to a Project. The Project is selected using a typeahead and the name of the Project is used in the URL to fetch the associated Program. The issue is that the External Lookup field is not returning any value when the Project name has special characters. This is what I could deduce from what I could see. Any suggestions or leads are appreciated. Project Name: Supplier for SAV+ OTV Thanks in advance.

We are considering using Fusion in the near future.  Would anyone be willing to share their experience?  What kind of training did you need?  How fast did you dully adopt and get comfortable with it?  How much time do you spend in monitoring, maintaining, and updating Fusion?  Any draw backs, or lesson learned?

When converting an issue into a project with a specified template, I've noticed that certain settings aren't being pulled in. Template didn't use the correct Schedule Mode typeProgram didn't assign even though it's listed on templateJust wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?  I have created a module to update the project after the fact but I would rather not have to do this every time something doesn't pull over. 

Need to know how to add an instruction/tooltip for the subject field in a request queue. Mainly to instruct the user to follow a specific nomenclature for the Subject. 

Does anyone use Workfront as a tool to house full year marketing plans? We are currently using WF only has a project intake & management tool. We are looking for a solution for our marketing directors to input their full year plans which would then have a feed or connection into WF for our account team to manage the individual projects.  I appreciate any input regarding WF or other tools. Curious how many of you have non-USD projects AND use billing rates...? If you do, you might want to look into an issue that we've found. I've submitted a ticket, but still waiting on a response. We discovered that on non-USD projects, the billing rate associated with a job role multiplied by the planned hours on a task isn't calculating the planned revenue correctly. After doing some digging and testing, we determined that it was only affecting those billing rates with just 1 rate and therefore no start or end date. Once we added a second rate with a start date, our planned revenue suddenly calculated correctly. And you can't add a start date if you only have a single rate on a billing rate, so you're forced to add a second rate even if it's the same amount. We've also been able to replicate this in a test environment in addition to our prod and sandboxes. If anyone else is having this issue and wants to reference my ticket, just let me know. I have a report where I would really like to be able to make the column header context sensitive. Does anyone know of a way to use a field value for displayname? or will it always assume that anything after the = is just a string to be displayed?

I'm trying to build a report that includes the name of the original Issue/Request and the resolving object (which could be a Project or a Task). When I combine the columns, however, I can't figure out how to display the Issue name when there isn't a resolving Task or Project.

I have created a report based on projects & statuses. The report is grouped by "Status" field but by default sorts the order by Alphabetical order (Current, On Hold, Stage 1 etc.). But I want this to be displayed in a custom sequence based on the project lifecycle status steps (starting with Request, then Registration, pending approval, Stage 1, etc.). How do I change the sort order in a report?

So, in the last two days I have been called in to investigate two instances of things not appearing as expected in WF.  Both instances were the result of folks making changes to task lists--specifically, deleting tasks--after projects were launched.One instance resulted in the deletion of milestones.  I see that Milestone ID is an available task field that can be tracked in Update Feeds.  Does anyone know if the Milestone ID (and its removal) will be tracked if its task is deleted altogether?The second instance is a little more complicated.  We have a number of learning products that are split up between front-end content development module projects (akin to book chapters) and back-end deliverable projects (deliverables made up of one or more content modules).  We use cross-project predecessors on the first task in the latter projects to know when these projects can begin.Apparently last month changes were made to a couple of modules for a course--some existing

Normally I should can assign user "system admin" permission on user access settings. But today I cannot find "system admin" on user's access setting selection. Are there anyone know how to assign user "system admin" permisssion now? Thanks for help.
