Exciting news! Once your account has been migrated to the Adobe Admin Console, you can now manage your Authorized Support Contacts in the Admin Console! Skip the wait on phone or email support and manage things right from your Admin Console (AC). Authorized Support Contacts (or Support Administrators in AC) are non-administrative roles that have access to support-related information, such as customer-reported issue reports. These users can also submit support cases via Experience League.  Note: Once on AC, the support team can no longer manage this for you and action must be taken within your AC. I'm wondering if anyone has a text mode column for the last update on a task, however, the text mode that I have created shows the last update for the entire project on the report, and I'm just looking to see a single update on an individual task. I am trying to call the OpenAI GPT-4 model and my request body is being stringified, how do I fix this to send correct JSON request body? First screenshot is module, second is strigified request body, last screenshot is what the correct call looks like. I am not using the last one because it would not let me update the temperature/top_p value in the "create chat completion" module.  

I am trying to coordinate issue tracking when issues are submitted to a queue. In my current example, I have teams of two that are working through and submitting issues. One might submit the issue, but I want the other individual to also be updated. Is there an easy way to add multiple issue stakeholders where they're both updated when the issue is updated? 

Hi there, I would love to get some insight into how other marketing/creative teams handle leaving the same comment across multiple Workfront proof pages as a best practice. Particularly for longer proofs with 10+ pages. Current issue:Attached is an example of a proof with 10+ pages that has 1 proof comment made and boxes drawn to each applicable spot across all pages (Ex. change on to with). The creative team would prefer to have each page marked up with the change to make it easier to connect the dots between all of the pages in the proof that need the edits and all of the pages in the working file that need the edits.Currently, the proofing tool doesn't show all the pages linked to the 1 commentOur reviewers would prefer to not have to copy and paste the comment on each page How do your proof reviewers leave comments applicable to multiple pages in a long proof with several pages?Leave a global comment that says something like "applicable to all pages or X pages"L

Is it possible to create a BOX (CSV file) hyperlink text into a Workfront text-with-formatting field via Fusion?

Running into issues with Fusion processing email addresses with special characters. We continue to get [422] invalid parameter: invalid email value errors with email addresses with special characters "é", "ç", "�", "ñ". Is this a known issue with Fusion?

Workfront Community,Is it possible to create a text mode grouping by the topic group name on a report for queue topics? Sadly, topic group name isn't an included grouping for the report, so I've been trying to make a text mode grouping by topic group names in the column I have. I'd like to have the grouping that way I can create a chart showing how many queue topics are in the different topic groups we have. The best I've been able to produce is a grouping of "Topic Group: No Value" to appear as the grouping on the details page using this:textmode=truegroup.0.valuefield=Topic Groupgroup.0.valueformat=stringgroup.0.linkedname=directgroup.0.name=Topic Group

Hi great league, I have a use case where the stakeholders would like to review document/proof from the Outlook plugin. And I was wondering if it is something you have experienced in the past or if it is even feasible. If that the case can you please share a screenshot of how the window looks like in Outlook? I have read this online as well: The "Workfront Outlook plugin" allows users to review and approve proofs directly within their Microsoft Outlook email interface, essentially enabling them to provide feedback on documents without leaving their inbox, all through the Adobe Workfront platform; this means you can review and comment on proofs sent to you as email attachments without needing to log into a separate Workfront interface.   

Does anyone else have issues with their data store finding a "match" record in their data store that is incorrect? This seems to happen anytime we try to add a new row to our data store.  Example: User enters Business Division: BPG, Queue topic: Brightcove Data store information:BPG, Brightcove - assign to BPG TeamAIG, Brightcove - assign to a user The data store assigns the request to the AIG user instead of the BPG team.

Hello everyone, hope everythings fine! I am reaching out to you as I am having some troubles exporting the Time Off report to xls as it looks like the dates are automatically adjusted after midnight, therefore it shows as 1 extra day (what should have been in the export 11:59pm Friday turns to 12:00am Saturday).The report works just fine in Workfront, but as soon as it's exported, it's being adjusted by xls. showcasing below examples from workfront: while excel export:  Looking forward to hearing back your thoughts on this. Much appreciated.Serban.

I need to create a Note Text report the filter out Note text containing multiple references.  Is there a way to do that?Example:I need to filter out Note Text does not contain "this" or "that" or "these" etc.I'd like to add up to 10 of them. 

I'm trying to create a custom field that will show a Version/Issue's or Task's logged hours. There seem to be a few objects I can call on but don't know if I'm referencing the Version/Issue or Task correctly and if that's causing the data to not be pulled in. Maybe I'm missing some part of the tree from the parent object down to the value I'm look for. Hi, I'm a certified Workfront administrator, working as an indepdendent contractor. My current contract is coming to an end and am looking for the next opportunity. I've been able to avoid using Fusion up to this point because it's either not been a requirement of the job or there's been someone else on the team to do it. It's become obvious that knowing Fusion is pretty much a requirement at this point as most of the work out there is asking for a Workfront-Fusion admin hybrid. But there's the rub: I'm stuck because I don't have access to Fusion. My question is: Can anyone advise how I can learn Fusion basics and get practical experience with it without having access to Fusion?

Hi! I have 7 particular custom fields on a Project form, and I need to trigger a fusion flow whenever any of them is changed. I made a calculated field that concatenates the values of those 7 fields, as many answers on this forum suggest--the trouble is, calculated fields aren't selectable in the Watch Field module nor readable in the old state/new state of the Watch Events module, so I have no way of validating whether those fields changed at the start of the module. The operations that follow are somewhat lengthy, so I don't want to trigger them every single time a Project is updated. The alternative is making a separate flow for each field, but that will be a nightmare to maintain. Any tips?

Hi When using Fusion to fetch a radio or checkbox field, Fusion always retrieves the option's value rather than its name. For example, if a radio option is named "Consumers" with a value of "CONS," Fusion returns "CONS" by default. Is there a way to get Fusion to return the option name, "Consumers", for use in downstream processing?

You know the feeling you get when, during an online meeting, your screen share shows the "tunnel of death" with your desktop repeating over and over as you flush, embarrassed and frustrated, to scramble to figure out a way to make it stop?   I noticed a similar feeling when, upon trying to change a calculation on a custom form today, Workfront reported "There's a slight problem [That] field is used in a multi-form configuration, if you would like to change this formula you will need to remove this field and replace it with a new one containing the desired calculation."   What that means is that -- somewhere within my Workfront environment -- there's an Affected Object attached two different custom forms that BOTH have the field I'm trying to change on them, and -- therefore -- I can't change my formula in the custom form I'm working on (e.g. 1+1=2), because it would conflict with the formula in the field on the other custom form, even if the other formula is wrong (1+1=3). &n

I have a Fusion workflow that iterates through a bunch of information. Once it's fully complete, I need a single update posted to the project that the actions were taken. I can't seem to figure out how to do this correctly. I'm getting multiple updates, 1 for each document I'm iterating through. Any ideas?

Good morning, I have a router that has 4 routes on my fusion scenario. i added a 5th route but i need this route to execute first. I know it can be done but just forgot, how do i change the order of routes so the 5th one i created is first. I tried unlinking the route, moving it up over the other routes and reconnected it, thinking it would be first, but when i hit the magic wand to align the routes it moves it back down to the bottom. Thanks!
