Adobe Workfront

Hi everyone! The problem I am trying to solve is develop a report (I started with a document report) to identify the number of files in a specific folder in our Project Folders (the folder we are targeting is called "Final Files"). We are attempting this because we want to see the number of final files that were deployed per project without creating a field in the project details where the project owner would manually select the number of final files deployed. My issue is the Document report has a Final Folder column but it is generating null for all results (which is odd because they all have files in that folder). Any idea how I could solve this request? Hi, i have a project set-up under a program - but when i go to the Resource Management tab i don't see under the users the tasks from this project - and i don't know why ? or what i am doing wrong ?thanks,Bianca

I am looking for a column view on a report with all the details of External lookup field type i.e., Base API URL, Dependencies, JSON Path etc.I couldnt find any way to add them as columns on my parameter report even with text mode. Is there anyone able to pull those lookup field details on a report in any way?

I see in this post from 2021 that it wasn't possible then, but is it possible now?  Is there any way to build a report to show if a pr... - Adobe Experience League Community - 517703 We're in a scenario where audit is reviewing work from the past year and wondering why some projects have tasks with actual start and actual complete dates in the past, before the project was created.  My hypothesis is that those projects were copied and that Workfront doesn't clear out the actual date fields when a copy happens.  

Hi community, I have a requirement to see last updated Note text in a report we have.I can easily do this in a request/issue report and a project report.But we have a task report (Used because we have a Go-Live task on our projects and a subsequent 5 day check task prior to the project auto closing on last task completion) I cant seem to find the option for 'Last note text' so in the report i can see the last update on the Project  all the ones available show as blank.If i switch to a project report to allow me to have i believe i cant filter a project report, based on task containing Go-Live..is not complete/complete 

I have a dashboard I am trying to view a documents in. They are being loaded by <img src="<ourWorkfrontURL>/internal/document/preview?versionID=<IDNUMBER>&ID=<ID_OF_DOC>" />. This does not load for most people. It does NOT load in Google Chrome Incognito with 3rd party cookies off. It DOES load if you turn those cookies on.It does NOT load in Firefox. Firefox also displays CORs errors galore.  Our code didn't change and we're wondering why is this happening?Is there a better way to be displaying these documents in a dashboard? Also, I noticed the AWS link of an image that is in the downloads folder if you download an image is a 60 second time out, and doesn't allow it to be loaded again.      

I am looking for a way to report on Planned Hours by Role by Project.   Essentially, looking for a way to report on the Role Allocation on the projects.  We were able to create task level reports that have the planned totals by task which we can manually roll up in excel, or even located the information in an assignment report however was not able to figure out how to roll up the totals and provide like 1 row by project.

Hi everyone, I have an array field containing checkbox selections: ["Audience:01", "Audience:02"] I want to create a calculated field that:Displays "AUS" if the array contains only "Audience:01".Displays "OCE" if the array contains both "Audience:01" and "Audience:02". I am struggling to get the formula to work as it is an array. Any ideas??

Many of our resources put a comment on their hour entries (using the comment in the update stream, not the note/description field from the timesheet or time entry page).  They look something like this:   I'm trying to pull in that comment into a report.  I've done this before with tasks and issues using "task:lastNote:noteText" and "opTask:lastNote:noteText".  I have tried "lastNote:noteText" on an hour report and "hour:lastNote:noteText", but neither work.  Does anyone have a suggestion for what field I can pull to get this data into my report?

Some of my tasks in projects include several task assignees. In a task-level report, I only want to see a few people assigned to a task, not everyone assigned to that task. I know not to use the Assignment to ID since that only pulls the primary owner.  

I have known for a while that there was a Workfront <> Creative Cloud integration and am at a point where I'd like to test it for my team. When I got to documentation, there are articles describing the uses of the integration however whenever I click on a link to install, I'm taken to a 404 page (example). Is this no longer an integration that Workfront offers?

Can anyone help with a column that is needed in one of our project reports? We would like to see how many actual hours were tracked to the project not including the current month (ex. project A has a total of 100 hours tracked to date, 20 in Dec, 20 in Jan, and 60 in Feb. We want that column to show 40 hours since those hours were tracked in Dec & Jan, not the current month of Feb). Hoping it can be done 🙂 Thanks in advance! 

Hi, all. There are several threads discussing the shortcomings of the native Risks functionality in WorkFront, namely the inability to add custom fields to the interface. In one of those threads, someone suggested using the Issues area to record risks, and that is the path I'm currently exploring. I'm running into some struggles while trying to capture custom form data. I want to use a specific custom form pertaining to risks, used only when the issue is of type, "Risk" (among other things, assessing the likelihood and severity of the risk and giving it a score). I have other use-cases for issues with their own custom forms (such as a "Change Request"), and haven't yet found a workable solution to getting the right data/form based on context.  A few things I've tried so far:I tried adding my "Change Request" and "Risks" custom forms from the Queue Details project settings.What I really need here is to attach a specific form based on the Issue Type.
