Hi everyone,Our team would like to customize the subject line of the "All Predecessor Task Completion to Task Dependents" email event notification to show the name of the task that is ready to be worked on vs the completed predecessor task name? Below is a snapshot of the Email Notification in question.The email you receive from this notification displays the Task Name that is ready to start in the body of the email, but there does not seem to be an option to choose this field to display in the subject line. Any ideas or is this just not a possibility at this time?Thanks in advance for your assistance._jonathan

Hello All,I am hoping someone can assist.Is there a way in a calculated field to display in a dropdown format field entries from other fields?E.g.We have lots of fields:Lead Type Code 1Lead Type Code 2Lead Type Code 3etc... these get manually completed.Then I have another field entitled "Lead Type Code" that I want to display all the entries from the other text fields as a dropdown list.Any ideas welcome! In a Project report, the below effectively displays a friendly hyperlink to the Issues tab of the project. (The custom field being referenced is the URL of the project's Issues tab) displayname=Project Issues link.url=customDataLabelsAsString(URL - Issues Tab) textmode=true valueexpression=IF(ISBLANK({DE:URL - Issues Tab}),"","Project Issues") valueformat=HTML I have a Task report in which I need to achieve the same thing - a friendly hyperlink that launches the Issues tab of the project to which the task belongs. But, I'm not able to get the above code to point upwards to the project level. Any ideas on what the correct modification is? Seems like it should be possible. William English T-Mobile

Hello all - I'm looking for a way to remove the inherited permissions on a project using Fusion.  I have a scenario set up to auto-convert the request to a project based on a trigger but can't figure out how to remove the permissions inherited from the Portfolio. This is something our PMs are doing manually and would love to roll it into the automation. Note: I'm not well-versed in Fusion, but I'm learning!! Thank you!

Hey All!We are having a request from the client to present the screenshots of the AEM preview link in Workfront so they can then follow the approval process.Is there a way to do it automatically (fusion?) without the person physically taking the screenshot and uploading to WF?I explored the proofing functionality but it doesn't support 2-factor authenticated pages.Any thoughts? Perhaps it would be somehow possible via AEM?Best, Piotr

This is more of a strategic question rather than a technical issue. I have a custom form at the request level that contains hundreds of fields. When a request is converted into a project, I need to retain about 95% of those fields but exclude a few that would only cause confusion at the project level. If I needed to transfer all fields, the solution would be straightforward - I’d simply make the custom form at both the request and project levels and attach it to the project when doing conversion in Fusion. However, since I need to exclude a handful of fields from the custom form, what’s the best approach? My plan was to create a separate project-level custom form containing only the required 95% of fields and use Fusion to map the data accordingly, but considering the number of fields, this could become a time consuming/tedious task. Is there a more efficient way to handle this? Any insights or past experiences would be appreciated!

I'm setting up a report of 'Billing records' and am unable to find an 'Entered by' field. Does Workfront just not record which user entered a Billing Record? It's a field on every other object type that I'm aware, so was surprised to not see it in the list of available options.  If it's not something that's available, can we add this as a feature request for the product team?

Hi WF Community, Has anyone be able to produce a single report to show planned hrs and actual hours by resource (assignee) for a given time frame?We have tasks that have multiple assignees and span one or many months.Seems like it should be simple and maybe I'm just missing something obvious.  However, from what I can tell, in order to easily report on this I would need my tasks to only have 1 assignee and have planned start and end dates within the same month. Thanks,Nick  

How to default the values of a custom field at project level to a custom field in task level? Or is there a way I can extract the value of a project level custom field on task level external look up field, in the Base URL search parameter?

Hello, I am trying to build a scenario that will watch for new files being uploaded to a folder. The files being uploaded will be excel spreadsheets and the some of the data from the files needs to be sent to fields on the projects custom form. Can you use Fusion to accomplish this? Hello, I am looking for a way to download files from multiple projects and to copy those files to a new project. My Custom API call/filters successfully work to pull the correct files into the bundles but what I am having trouble with is how to handle the bundles/operations after the API call. After filtering my iterator I am left with multiple Operations when I only need one(?) When I attempt to build a project after running the API call, it creates a project for each operation when I only need one project created to house all of the files I called on.Here you can see only one operation pre-filter but after there displays two. Screen of the entire scenario just in case:  How can I move this scenario along so that I only get one resulting project with the Create A Record module. Also, how can I move all of the files I called on with the API to copy to the newly created project? Thanks in advance!

 I have a question about reporting related to custom forms. If we need to pull reports from previous years, but we’ve changed the names of some of our custom forms, how can I pull a report containing data from the request that came in under the old custom form name? This change is causing an issue for our team, as we can’t filter reports effectively. Any reports that use the old custom forms are not being pulled correctly. Is there a workaround for this issue? Thank you!

When we export a report that has Summarize this Column By (either maximum or sum), it adds the word Maximum: or Sum: next to the total.  Is there a way to remove this?  We still want it to sum the column but just don't want to see the word next to it.

Hi all! I am having a bit of a struggle setting up large campaigns in Workfront. We are an agency within helping our retailers promote new products, store openings, ecommerce, etc. We've just landed a couple of larger contracts and I am struggling on how I should set up these campaigns. One is for a store rebrand and the other is a new product release. In the product release campaign, we are using all marketing channels: traditional & digital. For campaigns this large (using print, radio, tv, website, email, large print production) how do you all set up your templates? Do you set up separate templates (one for TV, one for radio, one for email blast)? Or do you create a large campaign with all components? Would love some insight here or even screen shots of how you all set them up. I was thinking about making them all separate templates/request forms and grouping then together by campaign. Thank you! Hi  will sandbox refresh will remove the existing custom integration when refreshed ? with prod data 

I have a board that I want to reuse much like a project template.  I don't see an option to either create a board template nor to even copy an existing board.  Can someone point me to a video or workaround.
