Hi,While establishing connection with Workfront Proof module in Fusion it is required to provide Tenant IDWorkfront Proof modules | Adobe WorkfrontFor workfront test drive environment I'm not sure from where the tenant ID could be accessible.Kindly help me to know about the steps or whom to contact to get the Tenant ID information for test drive environment. Thanks

Each month I produce a report from data captured from the last calendar month. I thought I had set up the report so that I could reference it at any point in the following month and the data shown would be from the previous calendar month. I have attached a screen shot of the filter I have been using in a hour report, but now thinking that $$TODAY-1m actually means 1 month ago today. How do I make it be the end of the last calendar month without putting in the actual dates of the last calendar month - I need this to be a rolling report = low maintenance! Thanks for any help and hope this makes sense!  

Has anyone found a way to link to related issues (similar to creating a predecessor on tasks between two projects)?

Hello! Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but my users have been reporting that they can't open items from the approval widget into a new tab. When they click the item, it opens in the same tab instead. Users mentioned that they used to open items into a new tab but can't anymore. Is this functionality normal?

Hi All, I've created the following calculated field that works lovely except for the fact that when the first field in the calculation is empty, the field displays a comma before any of the following fields. Not a big deal but kind of an eyesore. I want to know if there is a way to pull a report or filter to find the list of Layout templates where a specific dashboard has been attached i.e., either on the home bar or on the left navigation panels of any objects.

Hi all,I'm currently looking to capture the cumulative amount of time a request spends in each different status. I was referencing this old post which has a lot of great information on tracking the dates but I'm looking for the time. Has anyone done this before and do you have any tips? Thanks!

The subject says it all.  Does anyone know how to add a column in the Programs view that shows how many projects are under each program?  I would want to filter out complete, dead, etc. TIA!

Working on a report and I only want it to bring in a certain hour type's actual hours - basically take Actual Work Required and remove any hours of a certain type. I want to have it as a column header, since I want all tasks to show even if they do not have hours for that Hour Type. I have been trying to come up with a solution and just want to make sure this is even possible? I think it should work since Hours and their details are found at the Task level. Or maybe not since it is trying to bring in many to one (many hour entries to one task)? Thanks! 

Is it possible to change the group of a custom form? I'm not seeing a way to do that. I've been researching the documentation and community site without finding anything to help answer this question.When and how is a group assigned to a custom form?

I have filters set on a report to show "Contract Types - Is Not Blank" and "Project Owner - Peter Disalvo", per screenshot 1. As screenshot 2 shows, the report is showing both blank Contract Type fields and project owned by other users.

Hi all! I cannot find an answer for this, so thinking it isn't possible... Some designers + copywriters have been uploading a new standalone proof every time they produce a new version of their work, rather than adding a new proof version to the original file. Is there any way to combine/stack the existing proofs into one proof with multiple versions?Deleting the V2+ proofs, reuploading as versions over V1, and manually copying in markups isn't an option. I need a solution where the existing files remain intact. Thanks in advance!

Hello , I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a single proof by mapping multiple documents and hash files. I'm using create proof module and it is working when I map hashes and file names by using add item but it fails when I map them by getting hash files in a variable. While mapping I'm using the format of hash1,hash2. Let me know if anyone knows how to fix this. Thanks in advance!!!

Hello Team,I've noticed that within our company, one of our teams is utilizing Adobe Workfront, and upon reviewing our contract, it appears we only have licenses for the standard tier. However, I've observed that there is also usage under the 'Contributor' category. I'm aware that Contributors have a monthly cap on 'decisions,' and if this limit is exceeded, the user is automatically upgraded to a Light User for the duration of the current contract term. What I'm uncertain about is whether the 'Contributor' license incurs an additional cost or if it's included at no extra charge. Could you please clarify this for me? Thank you! 

We have a fusion scenario that mass generates unique job id tasks for us however we haven't determined a solve for how to mass add subs tasks(workflows) to these job id tasks. The job id tasks become the parent and then we have to add sub tasks or our templates. I've tried duplicating and copy features, but this isn't going to work for scale. We could have 300 job tasks generated for one project. Are there any helpful tips on how to mass add sub tasks to parent tasks? My next item would be to go back to our Sys Admin to see if they make a new fusion scenario that would allow us to add tasks along with the job creation scenario they already built for us. 

We have a text field that is on a custom form on one of our tasks (Tactic Delivery Date). I want to pull that text field info into a task level report for other tasks. So if the report is looking at the Copywriting task, I want to pull in what has been entered in the custom field on the Tactic Delivery Date task into a column on the report. Is this possible?

We have a task custom field that is open text where our team provides updates on the task/ project. I want to know if I can create a calculated field that pulls in what has been entered into that open text custom field? Thanks!

I have a few users that are group admins that need the ability to log in as another user, in order to close out projects that have been left open well past when they should be closed. However, I have had zero luck in setting this up and I am at a loss. I've spent a lot of time looking for how to enable this feature, but everything has led me to the same answers and none of them work. My Group Admins are showing that they have the ability to edit users in their group (but they aren't able to log in as another user in the group(s) they admin or even see the option to log in as them). So, I updated it to allow them to edit all users, and yet they can only go as far as seeing the option to log in as another but when they type in the name of an existing user in their group, the search bar in 'Log in As' doesn't populate and the log in button is grayed out. Am I missing something in my Access Level setup or something?What I have the Group Admin set up as: This is what I see when I go to
