Hello guys, I want to get some recommendation from AT, how can I get the data below? I am using the Most Viwed Product and I am able to get this entoty user.endpoint.mostViewedEntity but I have no other information about the product that I uploaded via DataFeed. For instance entity.name, entity. message etc.  

Hello guys, Any idea why I still have Result Not Ready after 24 hours? Im injecting data into Adobe Target as showed below. This data matches with Data Feed for Product.  How can I check that Im sending data to the algorithm?

Hi Guys, I have integrated Adobe target with AEM through Adobe Launch , when I load the page, I can see in the Adobe Experience Cloud Debugger that launch is loading properly along with target libraries like at.js But it is not firing a page load request , that is the reason I am not able to see any target request being registered in Target tab of the cloud debugger . I am getting the below warning in my console I am using AWS instance for this testing 

Hello guys, How can I match customer id from mbox with customer id uploaded via Customer Attribute? Basically my customer attribute provides me the client to be targeted for my recommendation and I want to see if customer id sent via mbox is bewteen my Customer Attribute List.If it is not possible, any suggestion?Thanks

Hi Team,  Adobe Target integrated with AEM and working fine in AWS instance.  When we tried to access AEM pages outside of RDP we are facing below problem.  AT: [page-init] Adobe Target content delivery is disabled. Ensure that you can save cookies to your current domain, there is no "mboxDisable" cookie and there is no "mboxDisable" parameter in query string. Please guide us how we have to resolve this. Thank You,Uma

I'm using a Viewed This Viewed That criteria and finding that with no attribute weighting, a certain type of product is dominant and shows up about 65% of the time. I'm trying to use attribute weighting to "boost" the other product types. When I set those product types to 50% weights (and no weight for the dominant type), it does not seem to change the proportion of product types that I see in the resulting recommendations data. When I set the alternative product types to a 75% weight, they become too dominant, and my previously dominant type goes down too much (to about 3%). There's no option to set a weight in between 50% and 75%, so I'm wondering if there is something else I can do to achieve an intermediate result.  More broadly, I don't fully understand how to interpret the 0/25/50/100 attribute weights. If something is set to a 50% weight, does that mean that products with that attribute will be recommended 50% of the time? This doesn't seem to be the case since you can

Hi I set up an experiment where an interaction on a page was assigned as a goal.In addition other interactions on the page were setup as goals. Therefore one visitor could trigger several goals. Would this count as multiple conversions in the stats? thanks Antony

We have a react SPA.  First page that the user goes to, it seems the "adobe" object is available, but target.getJsonOffer() is not there yet.  Eventually it is there and we can execute it but not unless we do some sort of timeout functionality or force the SPA to re-render.  Is there some sort of mechanism to knowing when the getJsonOffer, triggerView, etc. functions are available so we can start firing them?

Hi Team,      We have got Shared Audience and A4T provisions Enabled  from Adobe Client Care.And I am able to see the Segments (that I have created in AAM ) under Target Audience Library.Now I would like to list only specific segments from AAM to be shown under AT Audience Library.1). Hello, I'm looking to to use Adobe Target to run a randomly cycling set of experiences for our website visitors. I.e displaying one of x number of experiences every time they view our webpage, with the experience determined purely by chance. Does anyone know how to: 1) Set up an activity that does this completely randomly (i.e they could see the same experience multiple times), and2) Set up this activity so that the experience is shown randomly, but does not allow a visitor to see the same experience twice in a row. I assume there may be a profile script based solution to this, but am unsure of how to approach this myself. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

I've uploaded a file under People > Customer Attributes, which maps customer ID to a variable (called restrictedItemsCatalogId) containing a numeric value. I am trying to use this inside of recommendation criteria in order to filter out items from being shown to a given customer. How I'm envisioning this working is: If restrictedItemsCatalogId on the product does not match restrictedItemsCatalogId on the user profile, include this item in the recommendation. When I do a Target trace I can see the restrictedItemsCatalogId and value in the user profile data, however, when I try to include this variable (as it's shown in the trace) in inclusion rules inside the recommendation criteria it does not let me save the criteria. I am attempting to do this with Profile Attribute Matching. So this question has two parts:Is this something Customer Attributes can be used for?If so, how can I access this data inside of the recommendation criteria?I've looked through all the doc

Hello, I'm looking to create an experience targeting activity within Adobe Target that shows multiple different audiences of visitors personalised webpage experiences. As part of this I want to hold out a control population that I can measure the personalisation against. In the A/B testing activity it is easy to hold a control, but in experience targeting not so much. Can anyone please explain how to best do this in this particular circumstance?  Thanks!

After migrating from DTM to Launch, the Target property token is no longer getting automatically detected within the Target VEC. Within Launch, we are using the latest version of the Adobe Target extension. We have a Page Top rule configured to Load Target then Add at_property to All Mboxes then Fire Global Mbox. We would expect with this setup, that the Target property token would be present at the time that the Target VEC tries to detect it. Has anyone else experienced this issue. Is there something wrong with our Launch rule setup?
