Hi Community,  We were recently run a A/B Testing for 2 weeks and it is announced the winner. We tried to explore the reports, we have used the segmentation ( Desktop Device and Mobile Devices) for audience for reporting . Seems most of the users comes from Mobile device. But when we check the data, it is mismatching between overall data.  for Eg: Scenario 1: Overall traffic: 100 visitors Mobile Device: 80 visitors Desktop Device: 40 visitors  Overall traffic should be 120 visitors?  for Eg: Scenario 2: Overall traffic: 80 visitors Mobile Device: 100 visitors Desktop Device: 20 visitors  Overall traffic should be 120 visitors?  Below is the segmentation of audience we have been used. Has anyone done Hotjar integration with Adobe Target to analyze split-testing variations and personalization with Experience Issues.    Have explorer the link I found Hotjar Integrations Guide: 20 Ways to Easily Install Hotjar | Hotjar Blog but nothing is for Adobe Target.    If anyone made this integration possible, could you please help.    Thanks,

Hi,We have just integrated AEM with adobe target to push content from AEM to target. My question is as AEM also offers personalisation so we can also create an activity in AEM and push it to target to implement personalisation but which one is recommended either create and activity directly in target or create one in AEM push it to target. Hello team.Have a question about best practices on A4T reporting using Activity Conversions/Impressions vs. Activity Conversions/Impressions Same Touch. When you use A4T, the report defaults to 'Activity conversions' based on the Goal I've set up for the test (e.g., click on the button by selecting/highlighting a link/button). If I don't break down the Exp by Canonical URL, it gives a misleading information because the total number of Activity conversions includes other conversions (not the goal metric/conversion) including not only on the activity URL but also other pages  that users view within that Experience. So it is important to actually break it down by the URL to see the true conversion on the activity URL. But also, have an ability to review other URLs in the report in case there is a valuable insight. There is also an option to update the default Activity Conversion to 'Same Touch' attribution model that gives 100% credit to the very hit where the conversi

Hi all, I'm interested in targeting users with activities based on the previous page they visited, or the referring page (would be from the same domain).  With audiences using Site Pages > Referring URL, or Previous Page -  it supposedly only works if a user CLICKS to the page.Using Analytics to create a segment introduces too much of a delay. I want a visitor coming from a specific page to be targeted immediately. What's the best way to handle this? Also - how do you QA Site Pages > Previous Page - when you need to CLICK from another page in order to qualify as the audience?    Thank you!    

With the latest release of adobe target on 21 Oct 2023 my target activities are not working in VEC. I am not able to create activity in adobe target.After creating any activity when i try to save that nothing happens and give an error in console "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'isMultiPageActivity')" and when i try to reload the page it through an error  "Failed to fetch CSS selectors settings." In console i am getting error  Please guide me how to fix this.  

Can I have 2 personalised experiences in one activity if each experience is on a different webpage and the audience is different for each experience? Or do I have to create separate activities? Thanks.

There is an A/B/n test in which there are 3 experiences - Control, Var1, Var2. As I create its A4T reporting, I am using the dimension Target activities and then I broke it down with Target Activity > Experiences. Now for further analysis I tried breaking down the Target Activity > Experiences dimension with Page URL dimension and what I saw was, there are many extra URLS other than the actual activity URL. If I have created the activity with only 1 page URL, let's say - Page A, then I should just see the URL of Page A in my A4T reporting. Why do I see the other page URLS in the reporting?

How can we build recommendation activity to recommend content like whitepapers, & blogs on the basis of product category affinity? What does it involve to implement? 

We have a situation where when we reload a page, the ttMETA object is undefined. Why would this happen? If I check the network calls, I get the same thing whether undefined or not.Any ideas why this would happen? Thanks,MJ

Hi! I'd like to know if there is any audit or guide to verify the installation of Adobe Target and diagnose potential errors. Console commands, external tools... anything in that regard. In our case, the installation was done through Tealium, and we are getting a lot of intermittence in the delivery of experiences. However, we cannot identify the cause of the problem in order to address it.Thank you in advance.

1. What are the things that my website needs to have (From code snippets, extensions and anything else) in order to run any target activity/use case?2. Lets say there is a activity that runs on a portfolio page, however in order to get that page you'll need to login. however after you login for some reason that activity does not run because of this i am unable to run few activities.

I have a AB Test that I want Experience B to show only in Modal window. The modal window also will show data fetched from Recommendations. For that I have configured it like this:I have setup the Recommendations to import data from a direct URL - looks all good.I have created an Activity to load the recommendation data - looks all good.I have created a A/B Test activity with audience, environment, traffic split, goal metric, etc. - looks all god.Hooked up the Activity ID in my react app code base to conditionally check the experience - all goodForced the Experience B through URL to launch the process - all good.Modal opens up with top level data - all good.Modal DOES NOT SHOW fetched data from Recommendations - not good.If I open browser debugger console, delete all cookies and force the experience again - it works and renders recommendations in the Modal.So at first it does not work but after deletion of cookies it works. Please help - thanks.

Hi,  I am trying to connect Adobe Target using APIs by passing bearer token and Api-key but getting 403 Forbidden code. {"error_code":"502061","message":"Bad Gateway. No tenant associated with the user profile."} Where can I find tenant Id for Adobe target?  I am finding tenant name from https://experience.adobe.com/#/@xxxxxxxxxxx/target/ but its not working.  Please help me to resolve this. Thank YouUma

Hi team, The Number of Products is blank when I select the collection from lower environment and map it to activity. However the number of products is shown in the Collection section for the same. Images for reference. 1. The below image show Number of Products as  --. This is when I try to add this collection to the activity.   2. However the same collections has about 140 products    Please help how to fix this.

Hi Team,I am facing a problem where the collection is not returning all the products configured in the collection. I configured a collection with just three products and but only one of them is returned in the recommendation api response. Tried changing the criteria, also updating the goals as well still there is only one product returned in the response. Is there a way to debug the activity in detail to get a indebt understanding why certain products are not returned. RegardsDivya Shankar

Hi Community! When it comes to built-in or script-based profile variables in Target, Do we need to activate them first following path Target -> Administration -> Response Tokens? And, How long do they take to get into action so that I can see them populating? Is that the reason that I am unable to see category affinity under Network tab in the developer console?
