Adobe Target

Hello,When running a recommendation activity, one of the recommended products shown is the product where I'm running the activity.  I know that I can create a collection where the product is excluded but I'm sure that there has to be a way within the criteria where this can be done.  I tried setting an attribute rule (both Profile Attribute Matching and Parameter Matching but it doesn't work.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Ridder H. We are trying to set up an ABC test in Adobe Target but are having difficulties figuring out to QA each test treatment efficiently when we are testing more than one experience against the control. This is our current process for setting up an AB test and QAing:Build out the test experienceCreate and apply a new audience that includes a query parameterSet traffic to the test experience to 100% Push the test live and QA using the query parameters we set up within the new audience. Once the test is QA'd and we know it's working properly, we go back into the activity, update the audience to remove the query parameter, update the traffic to an even split, and push it live. So far this process has worked for us (but if there is a more efficient way to do this, please share!), but when introducing 2+ experiences in one activity, we can't figure out how to assign a QA parameter to each individual experience. HI there,We have started using Adobe Target Premium. In terms of targeting and audience, we are struggling to find the following things. A detailed response would be much appreciated.1- Activate the campaign for specific IP or cookie2- Can URL targeting contain regular expression? I can only see URL "is", "contains", "starts with" etc options.3- Target campaigns for all other device types? At the moment under Audience it only says "Mobile"? cheers,

I have set up an Experience Targeted Activity (XT) in Target Standard and want the visitors with a particular page parameter to qualify for the activity.  Once in the activity, if they have a certain domain, give them experience B, otherwise give them experience A.This all works on the first hit - if I have the qualifying parameter and I am qualifying as that domain (Testing our domain from inside our firewall), I get experience B as expected.  If I get off wifi and test from my phone with the qualifying parameter, I get into experience A as expected.Only problem is if I switch back into wifi mode on my phone, the expereince does not change even though I now have the qualfiying parameters for experience B.How do I get the re-targeting to work any time the domain switches rather than being locked in to that experience?

Hello, looking for help figuring out how to exclude a set of pages on my home domain from being included in the test experience.For tracking purposes We change the TFN number on Different pages to understand what pages drove people to call in.The CTRL has a number and the Variation has a different number.  This is fine, they are fired using an ECID to trigger a DTM rule.I need to exclude any page that has /local/ as a subforlder in the URL.  I have tried to do it within the target tools section in the Create portion of the test activities by adding a URL condition that says "doesn't contain" /local/.  But if you are cookied as a particpant in the test and then go through organic search and click a link that has /local/ the DTM rule still fires and overwrites the TFN on the local landing page with one from the test.Who knows the right way to handle this? What I want is the user to be able to go to our home page and get entered into the test, but if they come back later or the next day t

Hi Folks - I am facing an issue with Target --> DTM --> Web Page (AEM Web page in this case - but we are not using AEM based Targeting). Here is what I have done.Scenario 1: Custom Mbox - Works1.       Loaded Target through DTM.2.       Created a Custom MBOX through DTM.3.       Created the Activity in Targetusing “Form” option4.       Selected the custom mbox and added the HTML content.5.       Activated the activity6.       It loads fine on the page, no problems.Scenario 2: Global Mbox - Doesn;t work.1.       Loaded the Target through DTM.2.       Created an audience and selected default global mbox and set the criteria.3.       Created Activity using Visual Experience Composer and added the audience created in step #24.       Activated the activity5.       It doesn’t load on the page.Any Idea what I am missing ?My web page is in AEM 6.2. I am loading DTM using cloud config. and the Target is added into DTM. Target mbox version is 62.Any help is greatly appreciated guys. Thanks

If your activity does not appear on your page or undesired content appears, use mboxTrace to examine and debug the page in detail.Because mboxTrace and mboxDebug can expose campaign data and profile data to external parties, an authorization token is required. The token can be retrieved using the Target Classic tool or via an API call. The authorization token is valid for 6 hours.Click here to know more.

Hello,This post is just to let other users know that a recently introduced chrome bug appears to have broken Target Premium when attempting to create an on-site campaign.https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=582603&q=Load%20unsafe%20scripts%20functionality%20broken&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Cr%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20ModifiedIf you’re using Chrome and your version is between:48.0.2564.82 and 48.0.2564.97You will notice that external scripts that are loaded over http are not loading because they are blocked by Chrome.  It appears that clicking the shield icon to "allow scripts" only allows scripts on the main page (not your iFramed website).In the mean time you can work-around this issue by using a different browser...It will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to fix this.

Usually this question arises when users are not sure on whether they have Analytics for Target enabled/provisioned for their account or not. First of all, you need to get provisioned for A4T. It is not a click and go feature that can be enabled from within the Target user interface. You can ask your Account Manager or consultant to get you provisioned for A4T.
