The below is an example of Target Premium, however the issue encompasses other Adoeb Marketing Tools as well IU: Adobe Enterprise Dashboard --> ProductsIU: Target Premium --> Setup --> Users Issue:When a user is added to a particular Target product configuration on the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard, for example as "Editor", then their access is mapped accurately on the Target Premium user management dashboard (they appear as "editor" in this case) When the user's access level if changed in Target UI, example from "editor" to "observer", then the user's access is not synced back with Enterprise user management dashboard. On the Adobe Enterprise Dashboard the user appears to still belong to the product configuration with the "editor" access. It is out of sync and does not give administrators one source of truth / one console in terms of user access Solutiona) Enable sync between the tools both ways. OR b) Disable user management in Target UI (keep as a FYI only) thanks
Hi, I’m missing a function to add annotations to tests in Target for specific days, for example if the site had issue (loadtime, offline etc.), low stock/sold out item(s) or similar to ensure anyone working with our account knows about any issues seen in tests that run in the past.I know we have the ‘Notes’ field to add comments about this, but that is only visible in the ‘Overview’ tab while it would be more handy to have it visible directly in the graph. Beeing able to share annotations across platforms may also be of interest... Best Regards, Thomas LøjmanneCapacity
I just tried out Target Standard. Here 3 enhancement requests to consider:1. Show the metrics names on the Reports tab. If I have multiple metrics, I can't see which one is selected on the Reports tab because no metrics name shows up.2. Allow all metrics to show up in the table on the reports view, like the "success metrics" report in Target Classic.3. Allow more characters in the campaign name in Target Standard. Our team has developed a naming convention and I couldn't quite follow our naming standard because there weren't enough characters allowed.
Currently there's no usable way to have your Target test results emailed for review on daily/weekly basis. I've tried to do this via; SiteCatalyst, Discover and Report Builder and the end result is always something that is unreadable in Excel. I feel this could be fixed if SiteCatalyst didn't only email you the top five results when you break-down a report and then schedule for emailing - we always have more than 5 tests/campaigns running, otherwise the emailed presentation format is good. Please offer a solution as it's common to keep a close eye on test performance and if you have 50+ tests running you need an easy way to quickly review data to be sure everything is okay.
I believe a tremendous amount of insight can be had by tracking and then modeling the parameters that are captured by an mbox. These parameters would be associated with the visitors entire session and would be available via API or download.
