Adobe Target

First of all I'd just like to say that I find the GUI for Adobe Target completely non-sensical. I have a dashboard full of different A/B tests. Some of which are no longer relevant to the data that we are trying to gather. All I want to do is delete these experiences so that my dashboard isn't all cluttered with junk tests that we no longer need. I've been clicking around looking for a way to delete them but thus far nothing has worked to get rid of them. How can I delete an A/B test experience from the Adobe Target dashboard?

I have a test set up linking to a URL that currently does not have an MBox on it. We are not seeing any data come in (launched May 5th). Hi,One of the problems that customers of Adobe Test&Target(TT) have to grapple with is the lack of support for different environments (DEV, QA, PROD) the way traditional non-cloud based applications deal with changes and how the changes are propagated from DEV to QA to PROD. Is there way a Adobe Test&Target can handle this meaning, Can I start creating Campaigns, Experiences, mboxes etc in Adobe TT and use them with QA website with mboxes for personalization, once they are verified, can I then copy all of the campaigns, mboxes,& experiences etc created for QA purposes so they can be used by PROD website.Thanks & regards,Ganesh

We want use the Target to Analytics integration (so that we have the Target | Test & Target Reports | Campaigns report under Analytics) and currently there is a limitation that only 1 Target account can be tied to 1 Analytics company.  However, we have many report suites under our 1 Analytics company.  We also have many Target accounts so this prevents us from setting up the Target to Analytics integration for our multiple Target accounts (we can only choose 1 Target account that can use the Target to Analytics integration).  CustomerCare had us try moving some of the other report suites to their own separate Analytics company, but this workaround did not work either since the Analytics company must own (the report suite must have been originally created under) the report suite in order for the Target to Analytics integration to work.This limitation is very frustrating for large agencies. Our team uses Adobe Test & Target to target banner ads at certain “persona groups.” These banner ads are in hundreds of different campaigns. We pull metrics from the tool such as banner impressions and click-thru-rate %s for each of the persona groups for comparison. As of now, the process is very tedious as we have to pull each number manually from the tool. We’d like to automate the process somehow. Is there a way we can automatically load the T&T data into Tableau for analysis? Ideally, the data would be refreshed and updated from time to time, but if not, even a one-time pull (i.e., one-time data extract) would be great. As far as I'm concerned, Adobe Target doesn't have any aggregate data reporting option to include metrics for ALL campaigns and metrics for each of the persona groups).

Hi,Could anyone please give me an advice on how to create a segment in T&T based on cookie value?What I've tried to do is to add an Expression Target:return document.cookie.replace(/(?:(?:^|.*;\s*)network\s*\=\s*([^;]*).*$)|^.*$/, "$1").toLowerCase().indexOf("par_") != -1This searches for "par_" string in the cookie "network".When I try to add this Expression Target I get the following error:Expression for rule Channel: Partner is not valid: "Syntax or runtime error: ReferenceError: "document" is not defined."I've looked at the Expression Target documentation (http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/tnt/pdf/js_expression_cheat_sheet.pdf) but I could not find any way of how to create the Expression Target based on the cookie.Can anyone help, please? Hi - anyone else having issues with Target Standard? We spent a good amount of time implementing this and have found it completely unusable due to the amount of bugs. The 2 primary issues we have right now that is preventing us from using it are;1) The hide/remove feature doesn't work in many scenarios. For example if I want to remove a button from a page sometimes it works but many times it doesn't. Is Target Standard incompatible with certain HTML, for example tables?2) Editing tests is not possible - when attepting to edit an expereince there are no menus available when clicking elements to change the page. The only way to make changes is to delete the test and start again.

Is it possible or is there a way, when creating Adobe Recommendations templates, to have a certain piece of code or whatever targeted section of the code, to be excluded from rendering inside of Recommendations?For example:I do not want to hard code the number inside of this string blahblah-blah-19-blahI want to EXCLUDE this 'section' (the number 19) of the string to allow the outside to update that number dynamically, like soblahblah-blah-[*$*]-blahIs this even possible inside of a Recos template?

Hello, I am able to get/set campaign configuration settings using the T&T API, but I cannot find a way to get or set NOTES to the campaign. T&T API: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/test-target/pdf Does anyone knows of a way to achieve any of the following goals with the T&T API? a. Add a Note to the campaign when updating it using the API. b. Retrieve the ID of the last change log after updating the campaign. c. Retrieve the date of the last change log after updating the campaign. d. Retrieve the last modification date of a campaign, along with the user info of the user who modified it? Any of the above data will help me keep a proper change log for any updates made to a campaign using the API. Any help is greatly appreciated.

How to select a specific campaign when making a component targeted?. In teaser component we can select a path to specific campaign for targeting. But I can't find any such option in normal component for example a text&image component.

How does Target calculate visitor-based metrics?

It would be nice, if it was posible to make true multipage test in target. You could take a look at how Optimizely solve this. It's very neat.In the userinterface in target, I see that I can make rules for running the same piece of content on multible pages. I would like to run a different piece of content on the two pages, but as a part of the same test.The thing we'd like to test could be, templates for copy writing on multible products, or templates for product specific banners.Here's an example of what a test might look like: Variant A Page X. Product text: "Buy product X in our company + (product description, Type 1) Page Y Product text: "Buy product Y in our company + (product description, Type 1) Variant B Page X. Product text: "Try our new product X in for free in 7 days+ (product description , Type 2) Page Y Product text: "Try our new product X in for free in 7 days + (product description, Type 2) The point is that the piece of content on the two pages within the same variatio

I am implementing a 5x5 multivariate test.  After filling out the campaign with the "designed" components, I activated the test.  In order to see the alternate experiences, I cleared the cookies & cache, but we've only received two experiences out of a possible 25 experiences after dozens of cache clearing.   The oddity behind the two experiences was that one experience remained by & large dominate. The second experience only showed after clearing the cache 20 times, and then on a follow-up cache-clear it would revert to the first experience.  I tried setting up a separate test, but a similar experience was generated.   Is there a secondary component missing that will fix the near static experience?  Or is this functionality how the test is setup?

Hi All,Apologies if this is a basic question! I'm still in the learning phase and haven't been using these tools for long.I have set up an A/B campaign on our company homepage. There are two scenarios, both display the same banner but one goes to a landing page and one goes to the product page. I would like to measure how each of these scenarios impact conversion.I am trying to measure just the clickthroughs (the amount of people who click on this banner) as the 'visitor' number but I am not able to get this data. The numbers that are coming through  for visitors are far too high and suggest to me that it is recording everyone who lands on the homepage which I don't want to measure.In the conversion/other metrics section I have set up a value of 'clicks' with a location of 'clicks from [mbox value]' but I don't know how to use this data in the report to get the measurements that I want. I have also put an mbox on the basket page, but again not sure how I can use this to measure click t

What are the different kinds of Targeting logic?

I have an mboxDefine()and after a certain condition check call the mboxUpdate and also send some parameters. The resulting network call shows these parameters in the console. These are also shown in the parameters list of the associated location.But When I do an mboxCurrent.getParameters() in the accociated offer, only the default ones (browser height, screen width etc) are available. I tried a bunch of things but so far have not been able to access these custom parameters in offer itself. Any pointers will be helpful. Thanks.

We have invited 15 global users to the Marketing Cloud and provisioned them with access to Adobe Target Standard. Several have accepted the invitation, created a login, and successfully logged in to Target Standard. Once they successfully logged in, we upgraded their access rights in Standard (under Setup / Users) from Observer (the default) to Approver. Unfortunately, none of these users (who are located in Korea and Singapore) can see any activities listed under Activities when they log into Target Standard. Also, the Create Activity button is grayed out even though they have Approver rights. Any assistance re: what may be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated!
