       down votefavorite I'm trying to wrap a banner on a webpage with an mbox div but it disappears once I run it on my local host because the visibility is set to hidden. I know that I can force the visibility to visible by doing this:<div class="mboxDefault" style="visibility: visible;"> content abc </div> <script type="text/javascript">mboxCreate('mboxabc');</script>but is that the correct way to go about it? Do I really have to add styling to force it to show my default content? I thought mbox will only set my visibility to hidden when I chose to pull in snippets.

I'm trying to create a profile script that checks to see if an element on the current page exists. If the element exists then the code returns true. I'm having difficulty getting my code to work without getting the "element undefined" error. Does anyone have any tips to get this script to work? If accessing page elements through the profile script is not possible; I'm wondering if there is a way to profile users through an offer? Hello,This post is just to let other users know that a recently introduced chrome bug appears to have broken Target Premium when attempting to create an on-site campaign.https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=582603&q=Load%20unsafe%20scripts%20functionality%20broken&colspec=ID%20Pri%20M%20Stars%20ReleaseBlock%20Cr%20Status%20Owner%20Summary%20OS%20ModifiedIf you’re using Chrome and your version is between:48.0.2564.82 and 48.0.2564.97You will notice that external scripts that are loaded over http are not loading because they are blocked by Chrome.  It appears that clicking the shield icon to "allow scripts" only allows scripts on the main page (not your iFramed website).In the mean time you can work-around this issue by using a different browser...It will be interesting to see how long it takes for them to fix this.

Hi there,I have a test that I'm trying to write where I need to take the last value of a variable before a conversion is made and pass it on to the server. Since I need the last value (and ONLY the last value), I need the javascript function in the offer code to run once the conversion has been made to ensure accuracy of results. Is there a way to invoke an offer's function right after a conversion is made?Thanks!

How do we accomplish with if we are not using Adobe Analytics?We have set up an mBox on the checkout success page (from DTM) and are passing it all relevant transaction values. I am looking to block our company from being exposed to campaigns that we create using Adobe Target. Is it possible to block an IP address or range of addresses within Adobe Target?Any advice would be appreciated. --Daniel

We have recently implemented an Adobe Target and Analytics integration, but we are having a strange issue where some report suites that are not visible when attempting to change the reporting settings within a Target activity. We can change the setting in Target to report using Analytics, and we are able to select the correct company. However, when open the drop down menu in order to select a report suite, we do not have access to all of the report suites within out Analytics implementation. We have tried creating a new report suite, and within the hour we are able to see the report suite within the drop down menu. We also have access to segments and calculated metrics as audiences from those missing report suites. Is there a setting on older report suites that we need to alter in order to be able to see them within the report suite selection drop down menu?Thanks! Ruby

Hi all!How should I set up a test where the landing page I'd use, let's call it a "thank you" page, would always have some dynamic query string parameter? For example, domain.com/thankyou?offerid=12312312312. The offerid could be different, but i just want to track how many times someone got to /thankyou. Target only seem to track the "conversion" when the URL has the query string parameter in it. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi,I have a question. I am using Target Standard to create A/B test. In this test I need to pass a value from the page into Target – Once the page loads I need to get the value from a cookie and pass it to Target. I will then need to use this value to create audience segments so that I can segment audience for the test based on the value stored in the cookie. I am able to get the value from the cookie and so my question is - can I pass this value into Target? If so could you please enlighten me as to how it is done? Thanks & Regards,Manna.

Hi I've been trying to update a link in a global mbox but get this warning from Adobe Target: "edited content has documente.write or mboxCreate invocations. Delivered content won't apply as expected"  this is the javascript code that i've been trying to apply the changes : <div class="mboxdefault"><div onclick="location.href='http://THE URL/?s_cid=hp-hero'" style=" left: 230px; width: 690px; position: absolute; float: right; padding: 13px 15px 15px 0px; cursor: pointer; height: 280px;"></div></div>pleas note that this note is in the code : <!-- NOTE: Please do not remove the '?s_cid=hp-hero' from the end of the URL regardless of what the link is. --> there is already a page that works exactly with this structure but as soon as i want to change the link, it doesn't work. Any suggestion?  cheers

Hi, I havce been set up as a user for Adobe Target by my administrator with the same access rights as a number of members of my team but for some reason, I cannot create any tests as my Create Activity button is not active.My administrator cannot find any reason for this and so I find myself here. I cannot see the Customer Attributes option in Target > Audiences.Do I have to ask for enablement?

Has anyone done any user flow A/B testing like testing new login flow vs old? This type of testing is not a front-end JS changes but creating a new flow in CMS and then testing it. How can we have this backend integration with T&T to test code changes?

Hi I am able to connect to target classic but i am unable to connect to target premium from aem or vice versa.how should i configure my Target Replication Agent URI?I tried following two:1. http://localhost:4503/bin/receive2. default URI i.e tnt:///But it's not working. I just wanted to sync my target premium with AEM 6.1 so that i can use the automated personalization.

Hi guys,I'm starting working with Adobe recommendations but i'm lost and the documentation doesn't help me because it is mainly oriented to Adobe Target Classic workflow.Can somebody explain to me the difference between creating and recommendation activity (in which i decide the criteria, design and collection) and create an dynamic mbox in the source code.I'm very lost in the process of creating recommendations base on items and i haven't be able to find good resources to learn how to do it.Thanks in advance

When selecting the URL for an Activity, certain chosen URLs will cause the preview pane to refresh constantly.  Other URLs on the same domain work as expected.  This happens with javascript disabled as well.  Is this a known bug?
