Adobe Target

Hi Everyone,How do  we check if the session is same in Target ? In my profile script I need to check if session is same and then return the value.I understand mbox cookie doesn't change in the same session. but I cannot use and check  it for dynamic values .Please advise.

HiI have Global Mbox and am passing multiple data set as Mbox parameters. I am trying to utilize the Mbox parameters in PageDelivery option while configuring the test. I can see parameters are set up right, But somehow activity is not mbox parameter rule. Am i doing something wrong?-VK

hi, I am hoping someone would be able to assist with in this situation.We have an implementation where we integrated Adobe Target with Adobe AEM. That way the end user can do personalisation / targeting from either of UIs.However as an result we end up having multiple mboxes firing for each experience on the page. I will illustrate:at.js injected via DTM adds a global mbox to the pagewhen experiences are created within AEM UI using Targeting mode, each of the targeted components (or building blocks of the page) become "offer locations" and they then start to fire 2 duplicate local mboxes.the mbox duplication takes place once per component. What it means is that no matter how many experiences (modifications of the same component) we create, it will still send 2 local mbox calls on page loadif there are multiple targeted components on a page, each will fire 2 local mboxes. Example: if we target 5 components, the page will send 1 global + 5x2 local = 11 total mboxes on page loadQuestion:i

I'm trying to XT a page that leads to a page I'm running an AB test on.But I don't understand how to connect the links on the XT page to the corresponding version of my AB test.For example:I am using abc.com/landing as a destination for paid media traffic.I am splitting the traffic (defining audience by CID, for example) into 2 audience segments, so:- Segment 1 will see a pop-up banner with a dog.- Segment 2 will see a pop-up banner with a cat.On click of the pop-up banner CTA, user will be directed to the same page: abc.com/testOn abc.com/test, I am running an AB test: - A = hero banner of dog- B = hero banner of catSo I want to ensure that Segment 1 sees version A, and Segment 2 sees version B.Is there a way to do this? I want to maintain visual continuity in the creative across my activities.

Hello,React application is build using Server Side Rendering and recently we started using Adobe Target using AT.js. But we are facing issues with React DOM re-rendering.We initially had the AT.js in the head tag, then we moved to body tag. and things started working properly.But there is a page flickering, and we don't see any option to avoid this flickering. we tried adding the flickering script given in the documentation, but that doesn't helps. Also we tried the react AB test extension, but that doesn't support Server side rendering.Is there a way to resolve this issue and make the adobe target works great with React SSR without losing the page performance/flickering.

Hello,Our team is working to reduce flicker as much as possible in our test activities, and are weighing the options for using a Custom Global Mbox (current implementation) versus auto-creating a Global Mbox.What are the potential adverse affects of switching from one to the other, particularly as it relates to live test activities? I understand that once saved, all activities will sync with the auto created mbox. This doesn't sound like an  ideal scenario.Can the implementation be changed to use Auto Create and continue to use the custom name? Is there a way to sandbox this before committing to making the switch?Thanks,Brion

The preview urls under the activities display as expected, however, the actual website does not reflect the personalisation setup in target. I have tried A/B testing and also experienced targeting. Hi All,I am bit new to the Multipage activity using Visual Form.Basically my goal is to create a test:Default: Land on xyz.com , click on the button which takes to abc.comExp B: Land on xyz.com , click on the button which takes to abc.com/help + with some changes (e.g. remove few labels)NOTE: xyz.com and abc.com are different domains.So under Exp B, my default page is xyz.com. I scroll to the link and edit it as abc.com/help.Clicked on Configure > Add Additional Pages.I have included an additional page abc.com/help and made the relevant changes like removed few labels.Now I am trying to figure out how to connect the link on Default page( abc.com/help) with the Additional Page with these changes.

I am testing a marketing cloud segment (A4T) and running an mBoxTrace, I see I qualify for a segment, but I get the ID. Hello - I want to use Target to help create a customer journey.  For example:visitor comes to the site for the first time, we want to show an intro video2nd visit, we want to show a white paper3rd visit, we want to recommend products4th visit, .... First... I can do this through Target, right?  I read this post and think maybe this answers my questions, but it's over 18 months old, so want to make sure: Loading content on second page only if seen first. It basically says I create a profile for each step, then make the previous step's audience be the audience for the next step.  Is that right?  So I would use experience targeting and create an activity for each step in the journey?  Or could I do it all in one activity?  Thanks!Kerri

We are trying to create experiences in target whose audience is a segment created in analytics. Analytics is tracking another e-commerce website and cart price.Segments in analytics are created based on the following rule.If total cart price is between 0-500 falls in bucket 1If total cart price is between 500-1000 falls in bucket 2and rest in bucket 3.These segments are available as audience while creating the activity. The problem is that when cart value changes in the website, experiences are not getting delivered as per the above rules.We have tried deleting cookies , changing the priorities for activities, combining the audiences but no luck.Please help.
