Building Target Campaigns using Analytics Props/Vars

We would like to opt segments into tests leveraging props and vars associated with their current or previous visits, but have been told the only way to do that is to expose the value in an entry mbox to Target when they start the session. Are there any other options via API or integration to do this? Thanks!

Thank you for your revert Craig.

I had a word with the product team and the way to do this is to create a segment in Analytics based on that data and then share that audience to Target using the Profiles and Audiences core service.

Hope this helps!

Thanks!

Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

Please go through the below docs and see if they help. They explain on how to use Analytics data in target.

Thanks!

thanks for sharing, but we're looking to go the other way. These approaches appear to be focused on shipping data from Target to Analytics for reporting purposes (which we need to do as well), but we're looking to take data from Analytics and expose it to Target to opt visitors into or out of campaigns. Is that an option?
