Hi,  Client has multiple sub-businesses (about 4 or 5) and was earlier bringing in 1-Business data into AEP RTCDP. Then, very recently client wanted to bring in 2nd Businessses data. To do that I updated the exisiting schema as per client request and added fields which for 2nd Business.  For data Ingestion, I used exisiting Scheduled daily dataflow and added 2nd business or new fields into it. And created another dataset which had Schema PK + 2nd business fields to do a one-time load to bring in historical data for 2nd business. Client also wanted to use this data in CJA, due to two datasets and very less overlapping data between then, it will be an issue. To fix this, I have two approaches, Approach 1: Using existing dataset - 1-Time-Historical load will be done to Existing dataset; scheduled data flow will run as it is.  (New dataset that was created earlier for 2nd business, will be deleted). Identity Service Flow Run Delay 'Datalake_to_UIS_Flow' has been processing for more than expected time. What are the factors effecting this processing time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are establishing relationship from Lookup to Individual Profile schema, using  cross device as well as non-people Identifier as namespace, we are not able to fetch lookup attaributes in the Audience though Full Schema view is enabled, however when we do the relationship from Individual Profile to Look Up it was working as ecpected. notes: 1) Both the schemas are profile enabled2) Dataset are also enabled and have some dummy data as well

How would you approach the task to create manage last purchase / transaction / donation but taking account data management?One see these options:a) sent these as a an event and use Datasets override in order to keep some events longer then others (to keep CDP costs at control) b) CDP would be build on the top on EDW which would store that data and upload it on a batch basis to CDPc) build some sort of automation which would enable to transform event data into profile data. However CDP does not provide easy way to do that .... Other platform has features which enables such an automations ...

Hi Adobe Community, My team is going through reorganizing our destinations in production right now. We want to change the names of a couple destinations that are linked to our Adobe Target product. I am wondering if this will cause any production issues to the audiences that are being passed through these destinations right now if we change the name in RTCDP.  Thanks,Nick

Does the system recognize that an audience is a component of an another audience before you delete it? For example, if I have an activated audience (Audience X) that's made up of Attribute 2, Audience B, and Event 1, and I go to delete Audience B, will the system give a warning? What happens if I do delete Audience B?

I have a data scenario, where my primary Identity has multiple secondary identities in the source data. There is a MDM system which is generating the Primary Identity - Customer IdThe subscription system is a standalone system which is managing various subscriptions and also generate an identitifer for each customer "Subscriber Id". Now the problem is, because of not havign strong matching engine and varity of data, alsmost for 20% of cases, for same person, this system ends up creating multiple "Subscriber Id" for a person. Illustration:MDMThomas Cook and Tom Cook are identified as same customer and ends up having one Customer Id (12345679) Subscription SystemDue to the different first name, this platform generated 2 separate Subscriber Ids Thomas Cook : Subscriber Id: 50001Tom Cook : Subscriber Id: 60001Subscription system also sends various events to AEP and shares the Subscriber Id (Primary Identity) as event data (subscrition related call data etc) MDM Sys

For accounts with more than 25 associated people, the system shows a random sampling of 25 records."I want to know if there is a way (any API) to view a complete list of people associated to the account in the profile store.Query services I can see all the associated people, but that is the data lake view. 

Hi, is there any query in query service to extract the metadata of the audience (e.g. ID, name , attributes and condition)?I checked but to no avail.

Migrating workloads from Adobe Campaign (campaign V7) to Adobe Experience platform (RTCDP), Is using a third party CDP a good approach? what wis the best practice or recommended approach?

Hello,  I recently activated several segments to a Facebook Destination account, and I am seeing a large number of identity failures. I do have several non-identity email & phone number source fields mapped to their respective target fields for the destination. Would this be causing an issue? All of my source data is in the proper format for activations, I do know there is a composite key within our Email identity map, so I expect some errors from this. Additionally, will RTCDP activate all emails for a profile within the Identity Maps?    TLDR summary of questions:Can I map multiple source fields to the email & phone target fields?Will all values for a profile within the "IdentityMap: Phone_E.164" & "IdentityMap: Email_LC_SHA256" namespaces distribute to the Facebook destination? Is there a way to get more details to why identities failed, other than the brief description?Thank you for the help and guidance.

Hello everyone I'm currently trying to send an audience created from a CSV file from RT CDP to a  POS destination. When I make the audience with the option "Import audience", this action automatically creates an dataset and a adhoc schema which i can't activate to profile. When I try to send this audience to the destination it shows an error saying that the dataset is no activated to profile. How can I activate this imported audience? or how can i activate this dataset to profile to commit my sending ?. Thanks a lot. I look forward for your answers.

Hi everyone,I have a use case where some members' account types(account_type) have changed from Type A to Type B in the past. I managed to identify these members by using a self-join query in the query service on the member dataset, but I'm having trouble creating an audience based on this condition. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?Could you share how I can create an audience segment for members whose account type has changed from Type A to Type B?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
