Hello,Does anyone know if the Work Order API - Delete Record functionality is still in BETA.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/data-lifecycle/api/workorder Additionally, can anyone provide guidance on where to find the endpoints related to identities? Thank you.

Does the system recognize that an audience is a component of an another audience before you delete it? For example, if I have an activated audience (Audience X) that's made up of Attribute 2, Audience B, and Event 1, and I go to delete Audience B, will the system give a warning? What happens if I do delete Audience B?

I have a data scenario, where my primary Identity has multiple secondary identities in the source data. There is a MDM system which is generating the Primary Identity - Customer IdThe subscription system is a standalone system which is managing various subscriptions and also generate an identitifer for each customer "Subscriber Id". Now the problem is, because of not havign strong matching engine and varity of data, alsmost for 20% of cases, for same person, this system ends up creating multiple "Subscriber Id" for a person. Illustration:MDMThomas Cook and Tom Cook are identified as same customer and ends up having one Customer Id (12345679) Subscription SystemDue to the different first name, this platform generated 2 separate Subscriber Ids Thomas Cook : Subscriber Id: 50001Tom Cook : Subscriber Id: 60001Subscription system also sends various events to AEP and shares the Subscriber Id (Primary Identity) as event data (subscrition related call data etc) MDM Sys

For accounts with more than 25 associated people, the system shows a random sampling of 25 records."I want to know if there is a way (any API) to view a complete list of people associated to the account in the profile store.Query services I can see all the associated people, but that is the data lake view. 

Hi, is there any query in query service to extract the metadata of the audience (e.g. ID, name , attributes and condition)?I checked but to no avail.

Hello,  I recently activated several segments to a Facebook Destination account, and I am seeing a large number of identity failures. I do have several non-identity email & phone number source fields mapped to their respective target fields for the destination. Would this be causing an issue? All of my source data is in the proper format for activations, I do know there is a composite key within our Email identity map, so I expect some errors from this. Additionally, will RTCDP activate all emails for a profile within the Identity Maps?    TLDR summary of questions:Can I map multiple source fields to the email & phone target fields?Will all values for a profile within the "IdentityMap: Phone_E.164" & "IdentityMap: Email_LC_SHA256" namespaces distribute to the Facebook destination? Is there a way to get more details to why identities failed, other than the brief description?Thank you for the help and guidance.

Hello everyone I'm currently trying to send an audience created from a CSV file from RT CDP to a  POS destination. When I make the audience with the option "Import audience", this action automatically creates an dataset and a adhoc schema which i can't activate to profile. When I try to send this audience to the destination it shows an error saying that the dataset is no activated to profile. How can I activate this imported audience? or how can i activate this dataset to profile to commit my sending ?. Thanks a lot. I look forward for your answers.

Hi everyone,I have a use case where some members' account types(account_type) have changed from Type A to Type B in the past. I managed to identify these members by using a self-join query in the query service on the member dataset, but I'm having trouble creating an audience based on this condition. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?Could you share how I can create an audience segment for members whose account type has changed from Type A to Type B?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, We have created some Edge audiences but we do not see they are being evaluated in real-time. These audiences only have one attribute each which is updated daily via S3 batch connector. When analyzing the process for some users we see the following: 1. Data is ingested in the AEP Datalake via S3 connector at 10:00h-10:05 UTC.2. Data is in Profile at 10:30-10:40 UTC.3. Edge segments are evaluated at 17:47h UTC. This time is the same at which both Streaming and Batch segments are evaluated. We believed AEP evaluates Edge audience membership in real-time or near-real-time as data is ingested, and that as soon as a user attribute meet the criteria for an audience, they are added to or removed from that audience at the edge. However, we see Edge evaluation occurs as batch segmentation. This process is crutial since we want to personalize the website via Adobe Target with fresh data. Is here something we are misunderstanding? Thanks!

I want to know if it's possible to set user permissions to allow a user to create an audience but restrict them from publishing it. There are several options available for resource permissions within AEP, but I would like guidance on which permissions to grant and which to restrict in order to achieve this. Thanks,

I have few profiles which do not exist in my CRM and I want them to go-away from RT-CDP as well. What are my options? I do not see a delete option by UI or API anywhere. Can this be by-passed and-or if there is any workaround for it ?

Hello Team, We are seeking help in creating segments/audiences to identify members who are having active subscription. We have subscription data stored as event where it has subscription start date (data type - datetime) and subscription end date (data type - datetime). Hi,We've created a dynamic segment that compares an event data with a profile attribute. however, when i select EDGE as the evaluation method, I encounter the following error shown in the screenshot, Could anyone provide guidance on how to create this an edge segment? I understand that profile attributes are not available on the edge network by default, but is there a way to send the profile attributes to the edge to enable this as an edge segment?  The goal is to use this segment in Adobe Target to display personalized message in real-time, on page load, to a specific authenticated users. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!  

Hi, In our CDP we defined 2 identities:- ECID from Adobe- Client ID: our ID of the Client identified We load online data in the CDP thanks to the source connector Adobe Analytics. We don't use any Adobe SDK or datastream.In this connector, we also filter out the row if the cookie consent is equal to '1'.It means that the data is available in the CDP data lake but not for profiling. So we cannot use this info for audience creation. Now that I have set the scene, here are the facts: - we upload information as attribute based on 'Client ID' identity to define the user to be part of the campaign. By checking the audience membership based on 'Client ID' identity, the user is part of the audience. This audience is pushed to Target as destination. - this user can see the Target personalization on Edge browser but not on Chrome. By using the ECID from Chrome, I don't find any profile linked to it when I search for it based on ECID identity namespace. - the same EC

Hello Experience Community, I have a quick question surrounding the sample data refresh rates. So, I read in the RTCDP documentation that your sample data only refreshes when your total profile count increases or decreases by 5% and if it does not increase or decrease by 5%, then it will automatically update at the end of the week. Do we know what day the update at the end of the week occurs? Is it Friday?

hi , does anyone know how to salt a sha256 hash in CDP? i see that if i use the sha256 function sha256(string) in the flow mapping it works, but when i add a salt to the function sha256(string,string) it returns as blank.

I need to create an audience that will include all profiles that have an Email, have an event where 'Registration ID' exists and 'Timestamp' occurs before 3 days ago, and do not have any event where 'Financial Enrollment Date' exists. (Email is an attribute in the Profile schema); (Registration ID is an attribute in the web SDK events schema and Timestamp is the default attribute of the web SDK events schema) (Financial Enrollment Date is an attribute in the course events schema). I need to create this audience to exclude these profiles from paid media campaigns who registered for a course more than 3 days ago but did not complete the enrollment payment. My biggest challenge is understanding how the platform will verify that a profile does not have any event where 'Financial Enrollment Date' exists.

Has anyone had experience with activating batch/streaming audiences to paid media destinations such as Facebooks Custom Audience, Google Ads, and The Trade Desk? I would like to understand the implications of activating batch vs streaming audiences to these destinations.
