Measure CDP monthly active users

Hi!

 

Is there a way to measure the Monthly Active Users (MAU) of the RT-CDP? I would like to start measuring CDP adoption, so I'm planning to track it by the MAU. If you have other ideas on how to measure it, I would like to hear them.

@renatozu : Currently RT-CDP doesn't provide a direct MAU tracking dashboard or feature within the product. The primary reason is RT-CDP being used as profile segmentation, and activation. But there are ways where we can get this report but this depends on how this tool is being used. For ex: APIs can be tracked as calls per user id using Adobe IO. Or if RTCDP is connected to CJA, then usage events can be analyzed by Experience Events schema.

    @renatozu  there is no default feature to see monthly active users or unique users for a month, but can try option below if it helps

    - For web interaction pass to Adobe Ana, via another DataStream basically in case No Customer Journey Analytic is not available

    - If   Customer Journey Analytic available create data view to get required details 

    - an SQL query to get the count of unique/ active profiles with activity in the last 30 days:

    - create segmentation for 30 days n segment membership
