We have received an interesting case where client wants to send event data to Adobe Analytics as well as to external vendor from Adobe Experience Platform.Though we recommend use of CJA instead of AA, but that seems to be not possible at the moment.Has anyone dealt with similar situation, could you offer some suggestions or advise on this?Thanks a lot.

Hello - I just created a new schema and enabled the schema as well as data set to profile. It  is a record class profile schema. However, when I go to segment builder and try to search for attributes from that data set, they dont appear. ANy idea what the issue could be?

I see that it takes a lot of time for profiles to show up in the audience , the evaualtion meathod selected is streaming and I am using HTTP api to send data from postman , I can see that profiles are created in real time in the profiles ui but it takes a lot of time for the profiles to show up in the audience , and that makes sending data in real time impossible , how to get around this ?

I was reading this capability as applied to Audience Manager (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/receiving-audience-data/batch-outbound-data-transfers/authorize-s3-cross-bucket.html?lang=en) and figured it should especially work for AEP.  There is just no documentation I can find to explain how to set that up.  Would it be something like Adobe support adds some shared account (Adobe AWS account configured for my client) by giving us that account name, populating it into the list of accounts in the S3 account list, and having the client put that account into its allow list in their AWS account?  It would seem if a client has spent the effort to work through InfoSec with Adobe Experience Cloud, those features should be usable in AEP, especially features for data access.

We're loading profile data into a dataset using a csv file and we've also loaded events data associated with that profile using a csv file only, but the events data is not merging with the profile data and is not showing up in the profile

Hi, everyone. In the Profiles Overview, you can see the count of profiles with a certain identity. However, when I use the audience builder to set that identifier to exist (for example, ECID exists), the count is much different (larger for some identifiers and smaller for others). My understanding is that the audience builder works on the profile level, so I don't understand why there would be a mismatch. To be clear, even with the error bounds for the estimator, there is still a major difference. ECID in profile overview: 109MECID in audience builder: 91M Has anyone else experienced this or know why this could be? Thanks,Kendall

hello, anyone observed bellow of issues by chance; 1. when we activate 1 segment to Google Customer match (#email, #phone, MAIDs) the segment gets split into 3 different files in Google Ad account. Is it based on GCM rules? 2. when we activate segments to Facebook, it take up to few days for update the match rate ?   

Hi everyone, I want to use Attribute-based access control and permission feature to enable access control for platform users. In my AEP production sandbox I have data from two different Geos sources. I want to restrict data access from one Geo1 to users from another Geo2. I am planning to use  Attribute-based access control for the same. Please suggest if there are alternate ways to archive this.  Attribute-based access control setup Geo 1 - Have access to all attributes with custom label G1Geo 2 - Have access to all attributes with custom label G2 My question is, for platform users from Geo1, will they see attributes and events with label G2 in customer profile/identity graph when they browse customer Profile and vise versa?  Thanks

I need to create a public PCP encryption key to share with a data provider.  I have figured out how to generate a PGP key via and API, but there does not seem to be a say to sign the PGP key, which the data needs before using the PGP key to encrypt data.  I tried a different approach creating PGP keys locally.  That key can be signed and the data provider can use to encrypt data.  However, I have no idea how to get the keys I created locally into the AEP keystore (vault?) to use when ingesting data from the source.  Any ideas folks?  Do I need to open a support ticket and have support add the keys to the AEP keystore?

There is a note in this document: A single schema may have many identity fields defined, but can only have one primary identity. All identity fields (primary or otherwise) contribute to the identity graph for an individual customer, but Real-Time Customer Profile uses only the primary identity as the source of truth when merging data fragments together. If you want to enable a schema for use in Profile, the schema must have a primary identity defined. I didn't understand this note. Isn't the profile merge of the Real Time Customer Profile built based on the identity graph? Why do these non primary identities only participate in the identity graph but do not affect the profile merge? Regards
