I'm curious how many large (or any) enterprises engineer solutions in their CDP using APIs (developer projects), vs. limiting to configure within the user interface.    Since the CDP is an API-first platform, it stands to reason that engineering should be done primarily from a developer console/enterprise pipeline (github) style solution delivery framework.      So, I am assuming that most organizations should be using API generated solutions versus a small number of enterprises who might stick to configuring within the UI.  Any thoughts or research articles out there that anyone would recommend?

Hello RTCDP Community, I'm seeking some guidance on how to effectively track and segment customers based on their cumulative purchase history within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform.Currently, we have Adobe Data Collection in place with the Web SDK on our conversion 'Thank You' page. This setup captures each purchase event, including transaction details such as the transaction amount, items purchased, and date. Here's the challenge: If a user makes multiple transactions over time, for example, one for $100 and another for $500, we would like to have an attribute that reflects their total historical purchase amount ($600 in this case). Could anyone guide me on how to create and update an attribute that accumulates the historical purchase amount for a profile? i.e. we can create segment like "Historical Purchase > $500"(P.S. There is no CRM in place for historical purchase for us to ingest) Thank you in advance for your assistance! Best regards,Rap

Hi everyone, I got a provider that has the data in MS Dynamics CRM, I want to leave a disposal a service for batch uploading, but seeing the documentation I could notice that from de UI configuration I have to specify the source and period of extraction, there's no way to configure an API in order to receive the data whenever the previder sends it?

all the attributes mapped correctly but while uploading data into dataset it shows some error status shows as failed.But it's not getting error while uploading 5 or few records into the data set.I tried followed approaches but also getting failed to ingest1.Created custom field as email and declared string as datatype also getting the same error.I think its not supporting bulk data like that I'm using sandbox instance  Is there any different approach for it or any solution for it.Please have a look on attached file.  

How to create custom alerts to monitor Journey and Dataset in AEP

We have data from different internal data sources which are sensitive and in plain text (not hashed). Requirement is to enforce data hashing for all destinations when exporting data.I know we can enforce policies to restrict data exports based on marketing actions assigned to Destinations. Also, we can apply transformations at Dest mapping level (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/destinations/ui/activate/activate-segment-streaming-destinations.html?lang=en#apply-transformation). But, all these dont satisfy my requirement. I need to enforce that whenever any Destination is created (in future) and if data is not hashed, appropriate enforcement data privacy polices are applied to restrict it in exporting data in plain text. Any suggestions? 

Hi Team, In CDP License Usage section, we can see an Addressable Audience count in the Usage. There is no split between B2B or B2C component in it. Is there a way we can look into the split based on Profile Dataset or any other approach? considering we have B2P license. And How is the Addressable audience calculated based on the B2B and B2C factor usually? I have looked into the License documents but still there is some confusion on the calculation of split. Please suggest a way.  Thank you.

Hi Everyone, I would like to know the mechanism of how AEP update profile and segments when profile attributes are updated at the source. Case as follow: I have a third party CRM data source where data will be updated and sent to AEP on a daily basis. On AEP, I have set a segment for Tier 1 membership and Tier 2 membership separately. In instances like when a profile shifted from Tier 2 to Tier 1, may I know if AEP will automatically update both the profile attribute and the segments? (i.e. updating membership tier to tier 2 on profile attribute and remove the profile from Tier 2 membership segment and add the profile to Tier 1 membership segment) Or do I need to set up protocols for it to update?  Day 1Day 2User NameXYZXYZMembership TierTier 2Tier 1

Hi Team, There is a new attribute that we wanted to add for all profiles, so we created a new dataset and ran a query to add new attribute for all the profiles of historical dataset. I have enabled the new dataset for profile.I'm able to see (THIRD_NR) new attribute in identity stitching but not showing under the attributes tab of profile. In segmentation also, profiles are not getting considered under THIRD_NR attribute exist. PFA screenshots for reference.Could somebody please help.

Hi Team, Greetings!! I would like to know how to integrate Email Data from AEM to AEP. AEM is Source and AEP will be the Destination.

WebSDK  streaming data is reflecting in profiles in AEP , I can able to see events in profiles , which contains product list Array. But while creating Audience, the products SKU , name are not fetching me profiles, estimate profiles are zero . Why it  is not reflecting, what could be the reason?

These Are the steps I followed to fetch the attribute for creating build rule segments1.Created XDM individual profile with custom attributes.2.Created a dataset for it and load the csv data from local system in to respective dataset.3.Data has uploaded successfully.4.I checked in XDM individual profiles>Aeppsemea But couldn't find the attribute also attached a image for referenceKindly let me know if I missed anything.

Hi All,  I wanted to check if there are any limitation/cons of having a custom class/lookup in the AEP B2B data model apart from below (features):1. Lookup data is not visible in the profile store only its PID associated to profile record shows up in profile store. 2. Lookup data cannot be exported to any destination, it's attributes can only be used to built segments when lookup is profile enabled.3. Lookup tables can be up to 1 GB in size.
