Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform

Hi Team,I wanted to understand what are the best practices and recommended approach to model identities for a source where we are tracking user level information along with the accounts that they are associated to.Consider this, on an wholesale eComm site different retailers have their accounts. Under each account we can have multiple user from that retailer who can place orders on that retailers behalf. Users and accounts have many to many relation, this means one user can be working under multiple accounts and one account can have multiple users. How do we model these identities into XDM if we wanted to report on user and account level both. If we create account as an identity wouldn't that collapse all user accounts under it into a single profile? How to go about this? Thanks

Hi Team,The documentation states that profile dashboard provides important information about your Real-Time Customer Profile data, as captured during a daily snapshot. At what exact time is the update done in the UI? Is it same across all customers or depends upon individual setups/imgestions.Thanks

Hi Adobe Community,  My team is having issues where we have to keep resigning into Experience Platform every morning on Chrome instead of single sign on automatically loading us in. I am wondering if anyone has any workaround suggestions. This is only happening on Chrome so I am assuming it is a Chrome setting. Thanks,Nick

Hi Adobe Community, I have an interesting use case. So my team has this attribute for like propensity scores in our system. We want the ability that once we create an audience, we can group that audience by that propensity score attribute and then we can sort by the top 10% of customers with that attribute. So for example, if we have an audience that 100 people qualify for, I want to see what the propensity score range for the people with the highest 10 propensity scores (top 10%). I see in audience composition, we can use the rank function so we when we can descending, we can sort from top to bottom based on this attribute but I don't see a way to rank and then sort on the top 10%. Thanks,Nick

Hello Adobe Community, Within my RTCDP platform, we have a 1 to many relationship between our ECNs and the accounts associated with them. To solve for this, we created a schema with multiple array objects to ingest this data so it is formatted as an array where we have the main ECN and then all the objects with the accounts associated to the ECN. When we build audiences using this data, we have the ability to get all the ECNs that have an account that fall into our criteria. A random example of this could be if you want to target customers with accounts that have a balance of greater than $5. Based on that example, RTCDP would go through all the array objects associated to an ECN and as long as an ECN has at least one account that fits this description, it will qualify that ECN for our audience. However, I have a new use case where I want ECNs with only accounts that qualify for this criteria. So, if an ECN has an account with a balance less than $5, I do not want it to qualify fo

Within my platform, my team often uses certain audiences as building blocks so as to ensure that certain universal exclusions are correctly applied to every audience. We have a lot of audience blocks that we have built but we have not been keeping a log of which audiences they are a part of. Is there a way in the UI to see which audiences a certain audience is a component of? Obviously, I know that this can be done by clicking on each audience and looking at the components in the "Audience Summary," but I am wondering if there is a less tedious way to do this. Thank you

Hi all, It's a rare case, but do we know if RTCDP can be integrated with workfront. I do believe so, it can be done via API, but if you please can help me here @_manoj_kumar_  @davidross91 , @brekrut, @gigicotruta more than courious to here your experiences here. Thanks a lot. Regards,Celia

Hello there,  I have successfully created an audience in RTCDP and now wish to activate that audience to SFMC. I am following the documentation and understand that a mapping id needs to be created that matches the mapping id in the segment. I am wondering where in SFMC the mapping id attribute needs to created. I was trying to create it within the Profile Management tab but don't seem to have permissions to and had our SFMC admin try to create an attribute there but there may be additional licensing fees associated to adding more attributes there in the long run. Can you provide any insight on how to properly approach this? Thanks!

Afternoon RTCDP Community, My organization has a need to curate a custom output file for an audience that was created in RTCDP. This output file needs to contain an Account Identifier field; however, because audiences are built at a customer/profile level in RTCDP we're having trouble targeting a specific account that a customer may have.  Here is the example use case:1. Audience is built in RTCDP and is made up of customers/profiles that qualify for that audience.2. Output file is needed to support that audience and contains Account ID field.Challenge: A customer may have multiple different accounts with our organization, so ensuring that the correct Account ID is included on the output file is a challenge. Does anyone know a way to ensure that a specific account is targeted and makes it onto the output file?  Thank you! Please comment if you have questions or need further clarification! Much Obliged,Adobe-Wan Kenobi

Hi All,I am looking to set up a Data Warehouse request with the data sent to Azure Blob.  I noticed Azure Blob is in the legacy section when selecting an account in the Report destination tab.  Is there any risk with Azure Blob not being supported anytime in the near future, since it is categorized as Legacy?

Hi team, I want to access profile data in stage, but continue to get error code 500. I was wondering if this url is valid. Thanks! Suofei

Hi,  Client has multiple sub-businesses (about 4 or 5) and was earlier bringing in 1-Business data into AEP RTCDP. Then, very recently client wanted to bring in 2nd Businessses data. To do that I updated the exisiting schema as per client request and added fields which for 2nd Business.  For data Ingestion, I used exisiting Scheduled daily dataflow and added 2nd business or new fields into it. And created another dataset which had Schema PK + 2nd business fields to do a one-time load to bring in historical data for 2nd business. Client also wanted to use this data in CJA, due to two datasets and very less overlapping data between then, it will be an issue. To fix this, I have two approaches, Approach 1: Using existing dataset - 1-Time-Historical load will be done to Existing dataset; scheduled data flow will run as it is.  (New dataset that was created earlier for 2nd business, will be deleted). How should I perform this 1-Time-Load? Will it cont

when i access this API, I get access related error. I am able to access rest all AEP APIs. I can access customer attributes via AEP UI as well. So where do we control resource based API access ?GET https://platform.adobe.io/data/core/ca/attributes

Do we know why we get the below error An error occurred while calling the 'com.adobe.experience_platform.xdm_mapper@fallback' service for this request. Try again.

Identity Service Flow Run Delay 'Datalake_to_UIS_Flow' has been processing for more than expected time. What are the factors effecting this processing time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are establishing relationship from Lookup to Individual Profile schema, using  cross device as well as non-people Identifier as namespace, we are not able to fetch lookup attaributes in the Audience though Full Schema view is enabled, however when we do the relationship from Individual Profile to Look Up it was working as ecpected. notes: 1) Both the schemas are profile enabled2) Dataset are also enabled and have some dummy data as well

How would you approach the task to create manage last purchase / transaction / donation but taking account data management? One see these options:a) sent these as a an event and use Datasets override in order to keep some events longer then others (to keep CDP costs at control) b) CDP would be build on the top on EDW which would store that data and upload it on a batch basis to CDPc) build some sort of automation which would enable to transform event data into profile data. However CDP does not provide easy way to do that .... Other platform has features which enables such an automations ...

Hi Adobe Community, My team is going through reorganizing our destinations in production right now. We want to change the names of a couple destinations that are linked to our Adobe Target product. I am wondering if this will cause any production issues to the audiences that are being passed through these destinations right now if we change the name in RTCDP.  Thanks,Nick
