Under the section for clicks, it would be great if the definition also made an explicit statement on whether or not a click on the unsubscribe link counts as an email click. A quick search in the community only offers the solution of adding a constraint for "link not contains unsubscribe", but it still doesn't say if this is simply a precaution due to a lack of certainty, or if Marketo truly does count an unsubscribe as a click. While it's true that for reporting this doesn't make much of a difference, since any unsubscriber would move from clicked to unsubscribed anyway; however, when clicking in an email is used as a trigger, this becomes more of a concern. Do we need to add a constraint for each of these trigger campaigns, or is that an unnecessary step since the unsubscribe link doesn't count as a click? Thanks for the clarification!

I guess a similar question would be if the view as web page link also counts as a click...?

how recent is the open, click, clicktoopen benchmark numbers?  There is 2013 copyright on the back of the report.  Just wondering how recent the data is.  Thank you.  This is exactly what I've been looking for.

I'm a new user looking for an in-depth guide like this one to be sure I'm harnessing Marketo's analytical power as much as possible. Would you say these metrics are up-to-date? If not, could you direct me to a similar guide that is more recent
