Uploading pdf to Design Studio

Hi there,

I am having trouble uploading a pdf into a folder in my Design Studio. I have re-named the file and copied it multiple times to try and get the file to appear. The window is indicating that the file was uploaded, however it isn't appearing in the folder?

Please could you give suggestions of what is going wrong?

Hi Caroline

It should appear. Did you try Quick Find with the name? Are looking at the same folder you added the file in?

    It shouldn't matter here, but i always upload the file in SEO format to avoid unforeseen errors:

    file-name-is-good.pdf

      I always refresh the page and sometimes log out and back in.

      Are you sure the file didn't skip when you uploaded it?  If there is another file with the same name it will skip it rather than upload it.

      It's also possible that it default-uploaded into the main "Images and Files" folder, which happens to me sometimes, instead of going into your newly created folder. I'd double-check there, as well.
