Unable to rename / reference a Challenger Email

Hi, I wonder if anyone has faced the following issue.

I have created a Champion / Challenger test in a triggered campaign, and it's already approved and the test itself is working . I am not able to

1) Rename the Challenger email

2) Use the Challenger email in Smart Lists or Flow Choices because it doesn't show up in the Multiple Value Chooser.

I have another triggered campaign with a Champion / Challenger test where I have no issues with the Challenger.

You can't rename it while it's active. Also, when referencing it in a SC, I've found it's easiest to start typing the program name that it's in and choose it from the dropdown. It usually has a different naming structure than normal.

I able to rename a challenger in another email, but this one (as well as any new email with a challenger I create) is not letting me to rename itself and also doesn't show up in the dropwdown no matter how i search for it (either by typing the program name or by typing the email name )
