Trigger Objects (TriggerObject) for Updated trigger

As per the Marketo Object docs and specifically TriggerObjects:

It would be helpful to be able to use the TriggerObject construct when a smart campaign is triggered via an "update" trigger, as well as the "added to" trigger.
