Tracking lead sources from 3 databases

Hi everyone looking for a bit of help for an upcoming webinar.

We are holding a webinar with a partner of ours and I was looking to see the results of tracking the source of the leads. I will be targeting 3 or the 3 groups of people, those in our marketo database on the eastcoast of the USA and also a group of people from discover.org which we just started using. Our partner will also be sending invites to people within their database which we dont have access to.

When I am setting up the campaign is there a way to split the groups so that I can see where each came from after they have registered? For this I would either need three forms or three seperate URL's I assume?

Basically we want to be able to see how successful discover.org is in terms of lead generation so I need to clearly be able to see the success metrics associated with registrations from this source compared to what we already have in our database.

Thanks for any help

Passing URL parameters to identify the source through email links could be an option.
That would allow to use a single URL.

A hidden field set to read the URL parameter would complete the task.

Set a Hidden Form Field From a Default Value, a URL Parameter or a Cookie
