Tie Custom Field to a Custom CSS Button

My web dev and I are trying to figure out how to tie a custom field I've created to a customized button that will say "Get a Demo."

In Forms, we can't seem to find a way to associate a custom field to button we can edit.

The end goal here is to have a (non-Marketo) Thank You landing page, with a button at the bottom for those who are interested in opting in for a demo. By clicking the button the would be emailed by sales for a follow up.

As always, any and all advice is appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi Sanford,

I'm the web dev Spencer mentioned .

I have a little more specification into the issue at hand:

If we want them to fill out the form to get a guide and then submit that form, is it possible to have a button on the follow up thank you page they are redirected to for the "get a demo," where Marketo will know that it is the same person that just filled out the form?
