The template HTML in Marketo looks good but when I send it out, the email is distorted

We got some HTML and CSS from a third party which wasn't tested with a sample email. I changed and adjusted some of the HTML and altough it looks good in Marketo, the sample email is distorted on all devices across email programs.

I'm going through and validating the HTML again but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else

Sure, but this is not helpful w/o the code or email image. I'm sure it happens all the time!

I'd check with the third party or discuss with an html developer. If you need one, please go to perkuto.com.
