Setting up Drip Nurture OR Engagement Program

Hi

I want to set a program with series of 2 emails. Criteria for entering contact in the program is ( please see the flow chart for detail)

Should I set up engagement nurture program or drip email program in this case? How can I set up exit criteria during the wait step or in other words if during 3 weeks of wait if the status change to any other status than not yet shipped how to remove the members from getting the 2nd email?

    Since this is an irregular cadence that's tied to a shipment, you need a regular Drip w/ Wait Steps.

    Enter:

    Some action+Not Yet Shipped

    Wait 7 days

    Remove from Flow: if Member of Smart List=Exit List (Shipping, Not Shipping, etc)

    Send Email 1

    Wait 3 Weeks

    Remove from Flow: if Member of Smart List=Exit List (Shipping, Not Shipping, etc)

    Send Email 2

    etc..

    Hi Vipula -

    I'm curious, what did you do with the people on your Exit List? I have something similar and I don't want them to count towards my Marketable People database size. Did you wait a day then delete them from your Marketo instance?
