Scoring webinar registrations and attendees

Trigger - Program Status is Changed with the constraint New Status is Webinar > Attended or whatever variation depending on the channel statuses and the names you set up.

We do all our scoring at the global level - so that it affects all leads that exhibit specific behaviors and don't have to worry about at the program level.

Try to avoid scoring at the individual webinar level - use a global program . You could also import the full scoring program from the library and use that one. Here is how to Import a Program. ​If you want to use behavioral score and demographic score in addition to Lead Score, you should create those fields in SFDC first (assuming that is the CRM you are using).
