Scheduling Webinar Reminder Emails

I am looking to send two webinar reminders, one the day before and another an hour before. I want to know if there is a way to automate the process to avoid sending out the one day before reminder to a lead who registers on the day of the webinar.

For example, let's say someone registers for a webinar on November 3rd at 1:00pm for a webinar happening on the same day at 2:00pm, they would receive the registration confirmation email, the 1 day before reminder and the 1 hour before reminder emails all in a span of an hour. Is it possible to skip the reminder if the date/time of the reminder has already passed?

Thanks.
Mark

Hi Mark. Just setup the Reminder emilas to be batch, not trigger. Then schedule it to go out the day before the webinar at a particular time. This will prevent anyone registering after it from getting the 1 day reminder.
