How can I run a report to see which sales reps are using sales insight?

You can use the Sales Insight Email Performance Report - Marketo Docs - Product Docs. You can group the emails selected by "Sales Rep"

You can adjust the "Sent Date" under the "Setup" tab to each month you would like. You can then clone the report so there is one for each month.
