Reporting on Smart lists

Hello Community,

I want to know if this is possible. Would like to report on an Email Performance and know how the smart lists performed for that email.

Example:

Email Program A
within the Program there is only 1 email - Email A
this is sent to 3 separate smart lists

Smart list #1: 10 members

Smart list #2: 20 members

Smart list #3: 100 members

*Already considering - cloning the email and using smart campaigns to send but that would be a lot considering the number of smart lists we have

Also, filtering by smart list is currently not available with the Email Performance report, so I am interested in learning how others in the community are addressing this.

Thank you!

Currently not available? For me a Smart List filter it is very much available in an Email Performance report and always was:

Sorry for the confusion.

By smart list I was referring to the Smart lists we create in Database Tab.

Ref: Smart Lists allow you to find specific groups of people using simple filters.

Not a problem. Just reference your Smart List in the Smart List Tab of your Email Performance Report:

Hi there,

I'd say you are trying to mix up email and lead analysis in a single report. If you want to add columns in email performance report, you can do so inside Setup> Group by Segmentation> Select 1 or 2 segmentation.

If you want to see email/campaign name in the report and want to analyze against specific send list, you'll have to use Smart list in the report.

You can also do so using Advanced BI Analytics. Create Email Analysis report type and choose options from Email Measures and Email Attributes that suits your requirements. However you can't select an external smartlist but it has several attributes to choose from.

Thank you all!

I agree, segmentation seems to be the best approach. The other options are either too complicated or not feasible.
