Reporting direct replies

Is there a way to measure direct replies through email?

Only if they are tracked through the mail plug-in.

If someone direct replies then their are Marketo plug-ins for Outlook and Gmail that allow you to track the reply in Marketo.

I believe you need MSI licenses to use the plug ins.
